Room service was wonderful Rooms were clean and large breakfast was great The gym was the best I've been to with one exception I work out daily in the mornings. The first morning I was there I noticed there were no cups for the water dispenser. That can happen when there are several people using the facility. I also noticed the sanitizing wipes were out. I reported it to the front desk. I was told that housekeeping would take care of it. The next day things had not been refilled so I went to the front desk and asked for a bottle of water and explained there were no cups. The person at the front desk told me to use the coffee cups so I did. Third day still no cups but the sanitizing wipes had been refilled, this was the same for the rest of the week. Overall the hotel was great. It's location was great being walking distance to a huge mall and Casino and lots of places to eat. It was just that one detail that was disappointing and to most it would be a no big deal thing but for those who workout on a regular basis it is.

Good breakfast selection and coffee station. Nice staff and pet friendly hotel!! Arundel mall had great shopping , food court and movie theater. Surrounded by other restaurants and live casino access. Great road trip 🚗 with friends!!!
