- GWGerald Weaver4 days ago4.0Pretty well thought out system. Utensils and appliances are just right. The attention to detail was good, ie. Dish detergent for sink and dishwasher, soap, shampoo, and conditioner all filled. No sticky or stained carpet and furniture. No funky smells, you gotta love that. Coffee in the lobby was courtesy of fresh grind automatic machine, not bad coffee. The Creamer selection was limited to french vanilla or plain sweetened cream and naturally the vanilla was empty. Not a lot to complain about.

I checked out at the front desk with the employee on duty. I was sent an email saying I could check out digitally but when I saw it required me to download an app I opted to just take my keys to the front desk and check out that way. The employee asked if I checked out via the app and I said no ma'am. She said no problem sweetie, you're all set. My mom then checked out of her room as well. The only difference between me and my mom is that my mom requested a copy of her folio. I now wish I did the same! When I got home after a 11 hour drive last night, I discovered my credit card had been charged for an additional night and my checkout date now reflects 11/17. I immediately reached out to customer service who provided a basic "we reached out to the general manager and they are looking into the matter" message. I called the hotel directly this morning and received a snappy employee who kept cutting me off and not allowing me to explain the situation. She immediately became defensive and said I can't do anything about that. You need to speak with the general manager. I tried to inform her that I already initiated the process but I was calling to see if I could get it resolved quickly and directly. She continued to cut me off so I politely said thank you, I will continue with the outreach online to resolve the issue. I tried to leave a review directly on the website but was unable to because "my reservation could not be found". I simply want to warn others to ALWAYS REQUEST YOUR FOLIO upon checkout!!! I do not want to have to stop payment with my credit card company but I will, ESPECIALLY if they charge me for another night.
