I traveled via train, and it was only 10 minutes away from the BWI Train Station. My room was clean and comfortable. It really felt like I was in a mini apartment. My favorite thing about the room was the kitchen. It came with the core amenities including a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. Additionally, it had (mostly) everything you needed including dish washing liquid, paper towels, and even plates/silverware. The customer service was also good. It was a smooth check in/check out process. I was able to check out digitally as a IHG rewards member. I also needed something printed and a lady at the front desk went out of her way to get it printed for me. The only cons for me were that there weren’t any pots and pans in the kitchen so I couldn’t cook as I had planned to and some nights it was hard to sleep because it was a bit noisy. It was my first time staying here, but I will definitely be back!

If you want more than two towels all week you have to haul the dirty ones to the lobby and ask for more. No breakfast. Absolutely nothing within walking distance. It seemed like half hotel and half homeless shelter. Random people knocking at our door at night. Weed smell is all over. In the lobby, elevators, people smoking it right out front day and night and not one employee cares. Second floor smelled like cigarettes and weed at some point every single day. As much as I will be returning to the area I would never stay here again.

The front desk clerk was rude and unprofessional, I have a key to the room and a comformation number. But she insists that someone else is in the room.
