  This Holiday Inn is a good option, especially for those traveling to the area for work, as it is close to NASA facilities. The hotel offers free parking, and the lot is quite large. There are both front and back entrances, and I would recommend parking near the back entrance since it is a shorter walk. They also provide hot water. There is a coffee machine near the elevators in the lobby that can dispense hot water. I used it to fill a bottle before bed, and no any issue. 這家Holiday Inn不錯，距離NASA也很近，適合需要到這出差的人。酒店提供免費停車，停車場也很大，它有前門和後門，建議停後門，走的距離比較短。酒店也提供熱水，在大廳電梯旁邊的那個咖啡機可以提供熱水，我晚上睡前有去裝一壺，沒有什麼問題。

  Don't stay here! Worst hotel experience! I had a reservation to stay at this hotel this past November. After front desk agent gave me keys to my room, I went up to the room that was assigned to me. I could hear voices inside, so I didn't bother using the keys. A few seconds later a man came out of the room that was supposed to be for me. The hotel gave my room away to someone else. I went to the front desk to tell them about my issue, but they didn't have a room for me. I requested compensation since hotel walked me to another hotel. They refused. They said it wasn't considered a walk, but it was since I had a reservation and they couldn't accommodate me. They ended up sending me to the Holiday Inn Washington College Park location. While checking in there, the front desk agent made a comment that Greenbelt sent them another one which was me. This leads me to believe that Holiday Inn Greenbelt sends many guests away because they don't have a room for them & probably doesn't compensate them properly. I called GM at the property about my issues & experience. She said she would give me 5,000 IHG points for the inconvenience. I said that wasn't enough, so she said she could do 10,000 IHG points. I said that will work. I still didn't have the 10,000 points in my account a few days after speaking with her, so I sent GM an email to follow up. There was no response to my email. I decided to call the hotel again and talked to Brandon. He was going to deposit 15,000 points into my account for the delay. Seven days went by, and points were still not deposited. I called GM again, but she refused to give me any points even though 10,000 and 15,000 points were agreed upon. GM told me on Thanksgiving to not call hotel again and hung up on me which is wrong on so many levels. GM treated me like garbage. I think she feels I had employee rate, so she could treat me less than a guest. I'm still a guest though. Whether I pay $60 or $200, I should be treated with respect.

  I travel all over the world for work and this has got to be the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Filthy dirty, outdated, falling apart and strong odors.

  The worst hotel I have ever been. Dirty, old, rugged , smell bad, extremely old and in decay. J.T. the guy at the front desk is absolutely the best! Genuinely kind, attentive an amazing. So nice. However, the hotel is absolutely terrible. Feels like the walking dead hotel, abandoned ... energy was shut it off in the morning. Terrible... Horrorofic experience. IHG please do better!
