    Holiday Inn has been known for years to be trusted as promising to make every visit at their hotel a clean, comfortable, and pleasant stay. I am truly disappointed that this was not my experience My room was dirty, carpet wasn't vacuumed, dressers were dusty, toilet was stopped up and the bathroom was including the shower was dirty There were no towels or soap The front desk clerk Mr Brandon brought towels to my room He assured me that he would investigate my complaint and respond He was polite and sympathetic to my complaint

I am truly disappointed that this was not my experience My room was dirty , carpet wasn’t vacuumed, dressers were dusty, toilet was stopped up and the front desk clerk had to bring towels to the room because there were none I had to squat over the toilet because that was not clean. I never would expect that disgraceful service from Holiday inn However, Mr Brandon, the front desk clerk was polite, pleasant and offered me a most humbling apology. I appreciated him l, but I do not appreciate the condition of that room and how uncomfortable I was I couldn’t wait to get home to take a shower and relax from what should have been a pleasant stay

    The front staff really make this place special . From Cheerful Brandon at the front desk to Priscilla the Gm. Of course I gotta mention James, Kinidi and Rodney. This is my go to destination when I’m in the dmv because it’s in the middle of everything . I even met my furry forever friend Tabacco the parking lot Gaurdian and for that I’m forever grateful

    After a long drive from Florida because of a canceled flight, Mr. Brandon was so kind and helpful. Really brought some joy to a rough travel day! A smiling, helpful face was what we needed. Thank you, Brandon!

    I checked in on yesterday. I was greeted by a really friendly guys by the name of Mabin and Brandon. The moment after my checked inwas completed, they asked if I needed anything. My room is very spacious and it smells great. The Holiday Inn has all the amenities you could ask for such as a gym, you can purchase food and snacks at the front desk. Although the hotel is under construction 🏗 , you can't even tell. Let tell mention they have free washers and dryers which is a plus. Most hotels charges you this service. I am very appreciative to Mabin and Brandon. Let also mention Kinidi at the front desk who is very polite and kind. They have all demonstrated great customer services to my satisfaction 😀. I am very pleased being here at the Holiday Inn in Greenbelt, MD. Thank you all for making me feel welcome and at home. I am very grateful giving my circumstances. Thank you!!!
