I visited for Valentine’s Day and had an amazing experience. The view of the highway was actually quite beautiful! The receptionists were very kind and made us feel welcome. The rooms are a bit dim, which creates a cozy vibe, though I personally prefer brighter lighting. It would also be a nice touch if the TVs allowed access to streaming services like Netflix, but overall it was a wonderful stay and I really enjoyed it.

Great stay! Convenient, plenty of parking, and great views from the rooms. (At least the room I stayed in). Nothing bad to say. I enjoyed my short stay.

The room service is good — they clean the room and make the bed every day. However, the bar and restaurant service is very unprofessional and completely lacks hospitality. The bartender doesn’t seem to take pride in her role or in providing good service. When you talk to her, it feels like you’re bothering her — she listens but doesn’t really engage or respond, giving the impression of “What do you want? Okay… fine… everything good? Great.” It’s just horrible.
We were charged $11 for a beer that the menu clearly listed as $8. When we asked her about it, she just said she charges whatever the system says — $11 — with no apology. As Platinum Elite members, it’s not about the $11 at all; what really matters is the hospitality and acknowledgment of the customer, which were completely missing. Overall, the service feels very poor and completely unsatisfying.

Visited the restaurant at this hotel in search of a quick spot to have drinks while we watched the superbowl. The service we received from our bartender Lauren was stellar. However for some reason when the guy from the kitchen who we learned was called Papi, came out to deliver her order to the bar things got a bit weird. Whatever the issue was with our food Lauren assured him that she would take care of it. Papi continuously provoked Lauren at which time Lauren advised him that she was in full control of the bar and that he needed to get back back to the kitchen. Lauren was a Rockstar as she handled patrons coming in and out with ease while constantly checking with my group which was the largest group at the bar at that time and we stayed the longest. While Lauren's service never lacked, Papi's presence visibly ruffled her feathers. Papi's coming coming to the bar was completely unprofessional, out of order and obviously irritating. Whatever the issue, I am sure it would have been more suitable for Papi to wait for Lauren to come to the kitchen and address it at that time. Definitely giving Lauren and her service 5 stars. Papi and his professionalism need work. The food wasn't bad. I wish he would have just stayed in the kitchen.
