Do not book a room here. Service is horrible reception was rude when checking in. The rooms are extremely hot was 75 when we got there and just kept getting hotter, we have asked them numerous times but I guess they shut the A/C off so now you got to sit in the heat completely un acceptable for a hotel that charges a big chunk of change to stay a night there!!! PLEASE DO NOT BOOK HERE

Update: I changed my review. After speaking to Justin. I was able to change rooms and it was extremely improved experience. I found the rooms with an exterior window were cooler!
I’m currently staying here and the rooms are extremely hot. They did not tell me at check-in that the A/C is turned off. The rooms are well into the mid 70’s. They say it’s because of the cold weather.
As someone who is from the South, it’s unbearable. I asked for a fan and they wouldn’t give me one. I’m considering not completely my entire stay but it’s hard to find hotels near Christmas.

Once upon a time this was my favorite hotel. I am an Atlanta transplant from Maryland and this was the only hotel I would stay at for years, whether business or pleasure. It was great. The best customer service, clean, well ran elevators... When Janine was on the front desk and the bar was popping. Over the last few years, it has gone to trash. Like a fool , I have kept coming back hoping they would get it right and bring back the glory days. I have started going to other hotels. But, this is usually the best price. So I keep giving it a try. Not even worth the price difference anymore. The only thing I will still stand by is the kitchen staff. Those ladies are wonderful. Every single time I have come over the course of at least the last 2 years, it has been an issue. Ironically, the last time I was here, and there was an issue I said, I wasn't coming back. And the young man on the front desk said , "I don't know why you do, I wouldn't keep coming back." He sure made a fool out of me and was correct. Had booked a six night stay, just to get a room with no working heat. After 10 hours on the road and a late check in I was told they could bring me some blankets because the engineer was gone. We received A blanket for 2 beds. We're literally sleeping in hoodies. The only reason I didn't pack up and leave tonight is because my mom with dementia already had her sleep gummy and is passed out. Already booked holiday inn and will be moving in the morning after breakfast with the lovely ladies of the kitchen. I hope they do better , but as the young man on the front said said, I should have never come back. Not worth the discount and there is no more nostalgia... Oh, and that is true. They have had elevator issues for the last couple of years and the night staff needs some pretty serious training on customer service , they are tacky. The new guy I think his name was Joshua or Jonathan was cool, good luck dude. Another thing I noticed over the last couple of years is the attrition/turnover seems high... oh and now I have to wait however many business days for my refund of the other 5 days, roughly $700... Fun times right before Christmas

I was a short stay for me at his property, however found very comfortable. Very welcoming front desk staff and courteous. Rooms are spacious enough, there was small refrigerator, however it would have been better if there was microwave.
