Bay view is so peaceful. This makes our stay so comfortable and relaxing! We will come back and stay again in the summer!

When I woke up and had difficulties with the room I called the front desk inquiring if the room was a handicap room and was told no and was hung up on. Their is one grab bar next to the shower which is so loose I am surprised it has not fallen off. Nothing is the bathtub for assistance . It will be a long time if ever before I stay again at a Holiday inn.

I ended up switching rooms because the first had stained sheets, some mold in the bathroom on the silicone/caulk, and the towels were dirty. There was also what looked like a dried up piece of a skittle on the couch. The room I moved to at least had clean sheets and clean towels, but the shower had more mold in it and looked more beat up with the sheetrock on the ceiling. It was just really disappointing.
