We came here for a sudden pet emergency. The hotel was super nice about our dog and chose a room to specifically accommodate us. ** The rate we paid with the pet fee was $170 and the second night out beast was at the vet, so without the dog we paid $120. It was the best price in the area. The place was super clean and they get the TCM channel so I had everything I need. BUT they also had a very clean and well maintained sauna and swimming pool, so we were able to relax even though we were there for stressful reasons. There was a beautiful greenway for walking or jogging nearby, and I’m not even kidding you- even the breakfast was good. We definitely plan on coming back when we are ready for a real vacation with our beast.

Friday night from 1AM until 3AM and later pretty noisy with loud voices. Party central. Not great for sleeping.

Front desk staff couldn’t answer any questions. Gave us the number to the “general manager” who didn’t answer or return our call after leaving voicemail. We were In town for a wedding. Long story but we ended up paying for an extra night that we didn’t even stay in because no one knew an answer or was flexible. Rooms have gnats everywhere. Next time will Spend the extra few dollars a night and stay across the street.

The sink was broken/clogged. Neither the TV nor the refrigerator were plugged in when we arrived in the room. Front desk staff weren't very friendly, and charged the wrong card causing a huge headache having to reverse charges and call my bank.
The receipt I received by email after checkout did not match the amount charged to my card.
We checked in at 2:50pm, but we're charged $25 for an early check-in because it was before 3pm, even though we know someone else who checked in before us who was not be charged the early check-in fee.
The one elevator is nowhere near the lobby - very inconvenient and cumbersome. Absolutely NOT worth the $489/night cost. Would not recommend this hotel.
