  Always comfortable and clean! The chef makes great oatmeal cookies at 3 pm! They could use a better snack selection! The cucumber & lime water is just not so tasty... I wish they would do lemon and lime. I stay here all the time its either plain or cucumber n lime ... 🚮 The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I dont get very man benefits as a Diamond Elite due to the level of hotel under the IHG brand but im good with the points and premium suite upgrade. The welcome amenity snack choices are not my type of selection so I leave it alone. They accept cash which is great! $100 cash or card deposit. However!! They will take your security deposit for any type of stain or spill on anything in the room thats white. I fell asleep eating a lemon cake the icing wouldnt come out of the sheets so they charged me $100 initially. However as a Diamond and regular that lowered my charge to $50. They asked me to stop getting make up on the wash clothes and towels or I would lose my security deposit. So I do travel with washable reusable micellar make removal pads. I also bring my own Loafa. I only use there towels and are sure to exchange them everyday before a stain gets on something. Ladies I stopped wearing my Glow skin Oil because it has a slight tint and stains the towels. I usually bring towels from home to hotels but they have nice towels so I use theirs. Ladies if u fall asleep with make up on bring your own pillowcase because they will charge you for make up stains if they do not wash out. I would also suggest you have them change your sheets daily!! They charge for a spot if they cant get it out because they have to throw away stained towels and sheets. They do not use any damaged bedding or towels here!! Which is wonderful but ladies dont be drunk n pass out face down with lip stick and a full face of make up because you wont gef that deposit back. They need to let people know at check in that any discoloration to sheets or towels will cause you to lose your security deposit. You pay for a room daily have them charge everything daily!! The greener stay here will not benefit you. White stains very easily just not worth it. Don't eat on the beds cause a oops can cost your $100. If you have kids bring your own sheets and blankets. Overall this is a great an comfortable hotel. Ive never been charged for an accidentally cake spill on a bed nor have I been charge for make up being on 1 washcloth at and IHG hotel I have stayed at. I have been an IHG memeber for 12 years & a diamond member for 7 years. As much as I love this hotel I prefer my higher end IHG hotels like Hotel Monaco by Kimpton. The have Black make up wash cloths and make up wipes. I feel the least the could do is put make up wipes in the rooms or offer them at the front. If they do have them we are unaware as they do not have an amenities card in the rooms stating whats available at the front desk. I stress this because an unknowing guest that may be hurting for money and exhausted could make this huge mistake and lose their entire deposit. Of they clean your room and the sheets are stained or towels have stains you will be charged the security deposit again for the rest of your stay. Don't let this review keep yoh from staying here. This is the first time ive ever had this issue and I am honestly very disappointed in this fee being that I fell asleep eating a lemon cake total accident. && ive been an IHG Diamond Memeber and Ambassador for yearssssssssssss. Im sure ive spent enough with ihg for they to let a cake mishap slide. However,they did only take half my deposit due to my membership level and that im a frequent guest. So I am appreciative. The rooms are very nice and clean. the TVS are a nice size.I can see it without my glasses. They have a full body mirror and a lit bathroom mirror. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable.I get a great sleep every night. I love their coffee machine.I love the coffee here. Those oatmeal cookies be coming back lol jk. Ultimately this is one of my favorite hotels in the BWI area under the IHG Brand.

  Unprofessional. The staff doesn’t know anything about service animals. The front desk literally asked for service animal ID. It is ILLEGAL for staff demanding service animals ID and this is not follow ADA law. Very unprofessional staff. The owner should educate staff about service animals. They also give us a smoke room and cover by perfume. Before leaving the hotel, we told front desk that the room smell like smoke but all they said is “no worries”??????? Like Huh??? What’s that supposed to mean?
