  Stayed here twice and everything from breakfast and the rooms have been great. Complaints about the TV not being able to get channels by other customers in the reviews is because you have to sign in on the TV screen your name and your room number. We ran into that problem and the technician showed us how to do it.

  Rude front desk staff, didn't honor months old reservations. Paper thin walls makes loud neighbors an absolute intrusion TV doesn't have any channels, just YouTube. Car alarms blaring in the parking lot all night. Cheap hotel vibes but not cheap. Baltimore dumpster fire 💯 AVOID AVOID AVOID

  UPDATE: They responded to my review here saying how sorry they are, yet they never responded to the case I opened with IHG and that was forwarded to the hotel. So, they clearly only care when it's a bad public review. ORIGINIAL POST: The rooms were fine, but the breakfast was below average compared to similar hotels. The pool was closed. Every time we passed the front desk, the staff was sitting in the lobby eating, which didn’t leave a great impression. When we checked in, the agent still had food on her fingers and face. Our biggest issue, however, was the room we were given—it had a connecting door, and the neighbors were loud until 1 AM and smoking in their room. The smoke seeped into our room, where we were staying with a child. We called the front desk three times, but nothing was done. We eventually had to call the police twice but it still didn’t stop them. It was a nightmare. We submitted a complaint to IHG, but they refused to take responsibility and keep deflecting to the hotel. It’s been over a week, and the hotel still hasn’t responded. Incredibly disappointing experience all around.
