  I was there with my son on the 4/13 - 4/15 and everything went well until , we come from a long walk and the front desk in the morning i told him can I have 2 bottle waters and he told this is only for checking person a really cheap water I was upset you dont say to a guest very bad experience

  Service was great. Service makes it worth re-booking. -Arrival at 11pm: Typically getting mediocre greeting at best. In this case front desk was alert, friendly, and helpful. -Breakfast Buffet Included: Will was behind the bar, gave us the buffet rundown. He was incredibly friendly. Made the morning for us. Eggs, Bacon, sausage, French toast, grits, cereals, fruits, etc., etc. Double check how many vouchers you get per room prior to booking. -Rooms: Clean. Especially bathrooms. No USB ports, bring adapters. -Hotel: Lobby and restaurant clean, hallways older and musty. -Location: out of the city center by 30 minutes. Uber will be expensive 40-50 dollars each way to tourist cites.

  If I could give this hotel zero instead of one star I would. I stayed here for 2 nights and my room was filthy. I kindly asked them to vacuum my carpet when they clean my room the next day. I came back to the same filth and they didn't even bother to honor my request. I would never stay here again.

  The room was grimey. Torn and faint stained bedding. One of the beds we could feel the metal springs.There was no where to charge our phones. Outlets for the phone were broken. Front desk stated that were the only two phone chargers in the room, which were broken. Carpet was stained and gross. Dusty headboards and lights. Flickering bathroom lights, grouts, and caulking needs refinishing, old scratched bathroom fixtures, metal shower curtain holders, scratch up tub, pool NOT heated , pool room FREEZING 🥶 cold, no Jacuzzi available like the front desk stated, breakfast customer service was nice, food okay. I called the front desk a minimum of seven times prior asking questions about this hotel for our mini vacation from North Carolina Carolina and New York. Being handicap, I was disappointed that the ICE hadn't been plowed from the numerous handicap parking spaces up front . Parking was very limited up front. I had to park in the back and roll myself up front all four days of my trip. During our stay there was a major snow storm which forced us to stay inside all day. This hotel has NO PREMIUM CHANNELS, I called up front to verify what were the premium channels. None!!! In addition to no premium channels, elevision had no signal due to storm all day. We had an opportunity to share our experiences with the hotel owners, he didn't seem that concerned. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Next time we will go to Residence inn or Homewood Suites

  Mouna, Lisa, and Kenny were amazing very accommodating and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel and location in particular. Food was great front desk is helpful and informative and the bar was memorable. Five stars.
