The sheets are very thin as a brand and there were so many sheets even a bed covering that covered the mattress where I couldn’t do a bed bug check which made me feel a bit uneasy. One elevator was down which caused delays. I also came back at 10pm and was told I needed a key to enter? However, the sign says it starts at 11pm so I just felt the agent was being lazy. I also want to know what would happen if I called in to check in after 11pm. The king suite was spacious but the hotel has a hospital like smell.

I've been living at this hotel for more than 3 months and the alarm system keeps going off out of nowhere and only have one elevator working since they are "unable to find" the damaged part of the second elevator. It is a disgrace for such a big name hotel like Hilton has not resolved these minor issues that disturbs their guests! It seems like they don't care at all! Can't wait to get out of this hotel and never come back at this location!
