    Mouna, Lisa, and Kenny were amazing very accommodating and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel and location in particular. Food was great front desk is helpful and informative and the bar was memorable. Five stars.

    This hotel is unorganized and the staff do not communicate so basic needs like getting your bed made and not being disturbed are not met. They are always short staffed as well. Worst of all the manager Devon has the worst attitude and is unbearable and rude

    This is definitely the most outdated Holiday Inn we've ever stayed at. Things are rough. I would like to note that service and staff were absolutely amazing though. But rooms were very outdated, all bulbs were flickery and dim, tile floors in the bathroom were stained or dirty, bathroom was just very outdated and kind of gross. Elevators are old and make noise. Breakfast isn't complimentary, which was the first time we've experienced that at a holiday inn. You have to pay for the breakfast and the quality of the food makes it not worth it, tbh. Again, staff was amazing, which we appreciate but we will be staying somewhere else the next time we are in the area.

    Checkin was super fast & friendly. Quick clean stay. Quiet. We stayed on the 3rd floor but was in a different building. There are 2 buildings attached and both have separate elevators. Small kcup machine in the rooms. Comfiest bed. Slept like a hibernating bear in winter. Wow. Each bedside has a small reading lamp which is really nice. No breakfast but there is a dunkin within 3 minutes of the hotel. There is also a costco in walking distance.

    UPDATE: The staff found my necklace!! These guys are miracle workers, let me tell you!! THANK YOUUUU Just have to go public about the kindness of the staff here— I misplaced a necklace during my stay and while we weren’t able to find it, the combined effort of the front desk and cleaning staff meant a lot in terms of relieving the stress over losing something dear to us. Will be recommending this place! We loved the pool too
