Wish I was able to leave a review, but had some sort of mix up with reserving my room. It was a week off. Didn’t even get a notification that my room was ready, digital key was ready, etc. All I received was my statement saying thanks for my stay today. Understand this was probably a mix up, but wasn’t offered any remedy. Even as a gold member, I had no option for rebooking or refunding my obviously unused hotel room. Even a discount on another stay would’ve probably made the issue better. Expect more from the brand than this.

This was probably one of the best experiences we have had at a hotel. We were coming from a long journey and a horrible previous hotel Experience the same night. We showed up to this hotel and were helped by the front desk manager Timothy. He was kind, professional, courteous and personable. All things that were a breath of fresh air after the night we were having. He went above and beyond to accommodate us and make our stay wonderful. The room was very clean !! Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area !

My 13 year old son stayed at this hotel during a recent school trip, and the bedding in his room was in unacceptable condition. The sheets were visibly stained with large brown and mold like spots. I’ve attached photos. He ended up sleeping on them for two nights before realizing how bad they were. This level of cleanliness is completely inappropriate for any guest, let alone a group of CHILDREN. Mold exposure can cause serious health issues, and it’s clear the hotel’s housekeeping and inspection standards failed in this case. I wanted to share this publicly so other families and groups are aware. Hotels have a responsibility to provide safe, sanitary conditions. These were not. Edited to respond to the “Response from the owner” I’ve reviewed the video, but unfortunately it does not provide evidence that the comforter in my photo was free of contamination and does NOT provide peace of mind. You refused to test the bedding for mold when requested by school officials. So how can you say that “none of your blankets have mold” ?? There’s no way to confirm that the “older” duvet shown corresponds to the specific bedding used in my son’s room, nor that the lighting and laundering conditions are comparable. Similarly, there is no way to confirm that the “new’ duvet is truly “new.” Respectfully, attributing these large, irregular brown stains to “laundering and heat” appears to be a deflection, not a plausible explanation. If the hotel sincerely believes this comforter is in acceptable condition, then I would encourage you to have it tested for mold or other contamination by a qualified third party. That would be a far more persuasive demonstration than an internal video comparison. And if this level of bedding condition is considered acceptable for your guests, particularly when the guests are children. that says a lot about your standards. Your guests deserve better than this. I have opened cases with Hilton Corporate and the Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services so that an independent authority can review the matter objectively. Update: The hotel has since deleted its public response to this review, in which they did not express any surprise at the appearance of the bedding but instead “clarified” that this condition is considered standard and acceptable for their guests. I have added a screenshot of their response for transparency.
