There was toenails all over the room And just when you thought you saw enough, maybe three or four are looked like they were tried to be pushed under the bed. it’s like it just did not stop. It looks very upscale online in person it looks like a motel. The real problem with this hotel is I was promised on the property a refund for the last night I did not stay. Did they proceed to make me wait almost a month leading me on saying that they Already processed the refund now they’re saying the manager refuses to give me a refund because I was smoking in the room. which they don’t have any proof or actual evidence of they have a neighbors complaint of a smell, which could’ve been anybody around. They checked the room while I was gone, didn’t see shit but still charging me an extra night and keeping my deposit after promising me on the property they wouldn’t.. The manager should be ashamed. This all happened on my birthday the worst birthday I’ve ever had thanks to this hotel.
