- BDBettina DeBellMar 30, 20263.0Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and front desk was very helpful. Bathroom left a great deal to be desired- under the bathtub matt was a layer of black mold and dirt.
- JBJon BaddeleyMar 30, 20262.0Called 4 hours ahead of time to make sure there were rooms. Was told yes. Walked in to get a room, guest in front of me was asked if they wanted 1 bed or 2. They said 2. When I got to front of line I requested 1 bed. I was told they were sold out. I said, didnt ypu just offer them a single bed? I was told yes but they are handicapped and were saving them. So lie to me and say they are sold out? How would he know if my passenger waiting in the car was handicapped or not? Shouldn't make a difference! Don't lie to me! After 10 minutes checking in I finally got my Key card. Wasnt even told where my room was or how to get there. Spent another 5 minutes walking around finding my room. I skipped breakfast, but my partner threw 90% of the food away. She said even the orange juice was gross. Will not be returning. P.S. I'm a Diamond reward member. I stay in a lot of Best Western locations. This was Way low on the locations ive stayed at.

Mitchell specifically went above and beyond I really appreciate the assistance he provided. I had an issue with my room that was minor but he came over and took care of it promptly. I appreciate that. If you are in town for work and are looking for a good hotel to stay at this is the place to go.

Unfortunately, my stay was unpleasant due to the guests. One couple was arguing outside of my window and another one was constantly slamming doors.
