    Fantastic hotel with massive rooms! Beds are super comfortable, desk and wardrobe like new, mini fridge and microwave, very nice shower and bathroom overall. The complimentary breakfast was top notch, sausage link, omelets, home fries, cinnamon rolls, breads, bagels, fresh fruit, the list goes on! Swimming pool and gym too! Staff super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend to anyone needing a great hotel off 95.

    Stayed Friday and Saturday night. Was charged at check-in plus $100 hold. At 2am I was charged again the fee for 2 nights. Spoke to the clerk Saturday. She couldn't tell my why I was double charged. She did release the $100 hold but couldn't help with the double charge. I don't get to get away much and could barely afford this short getaway so the money being held was pretty much my entire spending budget. Now it's Wednesday and my money is still tied up and I have nothing for groceries. Why am I being punished for something that wasn't my fault. Release my funds

    We had great service from Jenn, Steven, and Makenzie. The only complaint was that the hot water ran out and shower heads need to be updated. We got plenty of towels and very prompt about getting them. They even froze my ice packs to transport my insulin. The breakfast was great. We will definitely stay again for our trip to Longwood gardens.
