  My son and I spent one night here and it was very clean. Room was nice and updated. Breakfast selection was pretty good. There was some confusion about the pool at first about being open but Allison came in and saved the day by checking into it for us and my son got to spend hours swimming. The staff is GREAT!

  I had an absolutely outstanding stay at the Hampton Inn in Elkton, Maryland, and I want to highlight every single person who made it memorable. First and foremost, Taylor Clifton, the Assistant General Manager, is phenomenal. She truly is the best thing since sliced bread. Her patience, warm personality, and outstanding customer service set the tone for the entire hotel. She is inviting, understanding, and effortlessly professional. You can feel that she genuinely cares about every guest who walks through the door. Taylor is the kind of leader who makes an entire hotel feel like home. I also want to acknowledge Allison, who was working the 3–11 PM shift. She was kind, helpful, and pleasant throughout my stay. Every interaction with her was easy and welcoming, and she carried herself with a calm confidence that made me feel taken care of. Then there was LayLani, working the 11 PM–7 AM shift. She was attentive, professional, and very reassuring during the later hours of the night. She kept the environment peaceful and secure, which I appreciated more than she probably realizes. And although I didn’t get her name, there was a housekeeper who absolutely deserves recognition. She was incredibly helpful, attentive, and pleasant. Her work was spotless, and she made the room feel warm, comfortable, and cared for. People like her are the backbone of a hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. Staying here was nostalgic for me because my boyfriend, Timothy Hill, used to work here as the night manager. Walking through the halls brought back memories — I remembered this place like the back of my hand. It truly felt like coming home. The room was spotless, the atmosphere was peaceful, and I absolutely loved the lotions and soaps. I genuinely didn’t want to get out of the shower. My stay was comfortable, warm, and memorable from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend the Hampton Inn Elkton to anyone. I will definitely be returning — they do an amazing job, and the staff here deserves every bit of recognition. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I have to tell you, friends! - I was pleasantly surprised with this place. The rooms were spotless, and the parking was plentiful and easily accessible to the motel. They even have a nice indoor pool. I would definitely stop back at this motel again. The evening check-in gal was charming and polite. Very grateful for being treated respectfully - But that's what you get when you cross the Mason-Dixon Line! ;-)

  Kaia at the front desk was a delight - a friendly and helpful face after a long drive for this pair of senior travelers! A week later, we called them about a billing issue we were having with our travel booking company and Taylor, the manager, jumped right in and solved it just like that!
