Breakfast was incredible. Rooms are extremely comfortable. Very quiet location. AC unit is very effective, but a little bit loud, but I like the white noise when I sleep. There is a tiny corner shop by the lobby with excellent snacks. Nightly cost is very reasonable. If I am ever in the area again I know exactly where I'm staying!

We checked in the night before a snow storm. Carl was at the front desk, asked me to make a deposit for incidental charge. No problem. But when he said "don't tap to pay", I tapped my phone on credit card reader as I didn't quite understand what he meant. The Google pay transaction went through. Carl then pointed to the small sign taped on the card reader(see the picture) and threw a little insult "we don't read, do we?". That left a bad taste in my mouth for the stay.
Carl's boss, as Carl explained that you don't want people to use the RFID/NFC feature on the card reader, you might want to consider getting RFID-NFC blockers from Amazon, and tape that on in stead of a piece of paper signage. Thay are cheap and more effective.
I am sure there are plenty of people who don't read.

I stayed here one night on December 2025. This hotel had clean rooms at an excellent price. Unfortunately the air conditioner in my room was very loud and made it difficult to sleep, especially since it ran almost constantly. Staff was very friendly at least, and the included breakfast was pretty good. Given there's better hotels in the area, I'm not sure this would be my first choice if I'm nearby again.

This hotel is in a great location, close to the highway. The thing I would like to highlight is their customer service, Joyce at the lobby’s front desk was simply awesome, very welcoming and knowledgeable, we thank our good experience to her.

What a horrible experience.
My son is a 19-year-old dancer who arrived in Maryland after midnight for a rehearsal the next morning. The company he works for reserved a room for him at this hotel. The reservation was made in the company manager’s name and included my son’s name.
When he tried to check in, he was declined because of his age. Fine, if that’s your policy. But it gets worse.
It was now around 1:30 am. He was in an unfamiliar town, alone, with nowhere to go and no one from the dance company available to help at that hour. Instead of showing even the slightest compassion, the front desk not only refused to check him in, they told him he wasn’t even allowed to sit in the lobby.
So there’s a teenager, far from home, stranded in the middle of the night, and this hotel’s response is basically: “Not our problem. Get out.”
At some point, policy should take a back seat to basic human decency. But not here. The attitude at this hotel made it crystal clear: rules over humanity, every time.
I will never forget how my son was treated, and I will never recommend this hotel or this brand to anyone. I have many MANY followers on social media and will make sure I blast this horrific experience. Luckily a nearby hotel was able to help him and show compassion. I’d highly recommend the Red Roof Inn next door - super sweet front desk person was a life saver !!!! AS YOU CAN SEE HIS NANE IS CLEARLY ON THE RESERVATION- please don’t insult us with response to cover up your mistake. I bring receipts!!!!
