I would never stay at this hotel the people are rude there service is bad management is no good they couldn't get the rooms right they don't do what they say they will do so find a different place to stay

Very poor and rude customer service if you have an issue, and management/supervisor is repeatedly unavailable to acknowledge and resolve concerns.

Not a great experience Stella is the manager on duty I specifically ask for a very easy fix. I checked in 12 825 and I immediately checked in and left went into town for an hour came back went up to the room seen. It did not have a bathtub. Specifically was very nice. Asked to change rooms was told I cannot because of the timestamp and I was literally in the room for five seconds. This could’ve been handled very differently.

Room was very modern and clean. no odors from the heater fan unlike other hotels. The lady servicing the breakfast area was super nice and worked hard to make the experience pleasant.
