    Room was very modern and clean. no odors from the heater fan unlike other hotels. The lady servicing the breakfast area was super nice and worked hard to make the experience pleasant.

    Front desk was good, but we started short on towels and the room phone didn't work. Amenities included a Pool, but signage was confusing. We had thought to take dip when we arrived, but the pool was outside and closed for the season, so effectively there was no pool.

    We came down for bike fest. We used points to stay here, as we have done numerous times with other hotels in the area and through out the east coast. Upon arrival the girl at the front desk asked for $100 deposit on a card or $200 in cash. We had not been aware of this, as nothing was posted on the app or on the website. That poor girl got a ear full and after a bad bad day we were rude. That girl HANDLED US WITH GRACE! finally was able to get cash and my husband had called IGH and asked why. This hotel is independently owned and they can make any policy they want to, needless to say they put this deposit in but didnt update the app/website. Once checked in, I had went to get a shower, cuz 5 hrs in a Vehicle with 2 kids was just not ideal and I was gross. Anyway the shower door wouldn't stay closed and water was going out of the shower. We had contacted the front desk and she said she would put it in the list for the maintenance guy the next day. We got up the next morning went downstairs to breakfast and that is by far the best breakfast we have ever had out of a hotel! Ms. Rosie is a sweetheart and by far the best breakfast bar attendant we have ever encountered. She was friendly, helpful and such a social butterfly. She offered to take our trash, (which we told her no and she still took it for us!) She stood and talked to us and continued helping other guests. She kept the area clean, neat, organized and stocked full at all times. When someone got her attention she was right there helping them with anything they needed! We left that day in such good moods! Came back friday night and apologized to the girl at the desk for the previous night and she even doubled checked to see if the shower was fixed, it was and we were thrilled! All in all, we had a great visit and the staff is so amazing and by far the best we have ever encountered in a hotel in 14 years. The girl at the desk, I didnt catch her name, but she was small had dark hair and black glasses, she is the best with rude customers, and yes that was us that day which normally we are not but she handled it gracefully and I couldn't have asked for a better young lady at the front. This manager and or owner hired the best staff they could have and from PA, we are grateful for those staff! Keep them around and treat them right, you guys have a good team.

    Great check-in, the gym is roomy, but there is no bench and many of the weight sizes are missing. Nothing negative to say about anything. All the people who work here are very friendly and welcoming.
