  First of all, it’s In the middle of nowhere. The main issue is they were doing construction and did not notify us. We had to move our room three times just to get peace and quiet. The second time we moved they put us in between a room the was being worked on and the housekeeping closet. So all morning we kept getting woken up by drilling, doors slamming, and the housekeepers throwing things around in the closet constantly. The house keepers say they don’t speak English when you talk to them. we had to complain FIVE TIMES for them to actually do something about our noise complaints. They tried to say we booked through Expedia so they couldn’t provide basic customer service. The manager, Javier, acted like he didn’t understand basic customer service or ENGLISH. He made me repeat what I was saying multiple times. The first room we received was ran down and falling apart and when I went to request a new room, the lady tried to act as if we booked a specific room because we booked through Expedia. When I asked her to explain further, she quickly moved the room. I’m sure it was because what she was saying was pure bs. Terrible experience. The lobby is small. The elevator is confusing the way the floors are set up. The pool is closed. The one public bathroom, the toilet is always stopped up. The breakfast is terrible with very little to no vegetarian options. (I had terrible uncooked & unseasoned potatoes with a dry biscuit, because the eggs come with peppers already cooked inside and I don’t like my eggs that way & you sit and wait 5min for a machine to make a pancakes & the pancakes are kid sized). Parking is $6 A NIGHT. If you can avoid staying here, I would recommend maybe the hotel down the street instead.

  Not a great stay at this location. Only positives: bed was comfy they had coffee available 24/7. Check in was an annoyance. Requested to be away from elevator I was placed right next to it with all the noise. Ac in room was super loud not like normal and made a popping noise coming on and off. Room was not very clean lot of hair on ground from whoever stayed previously. Breakfast was meh….. I won’t stay here again. Weird set up as well. You check in on one floor but breakfast is on another floor with room. Limited parking as well.

  I spent two month there and the people working are the kindest one I've met in the US, At the front desk Adonnys was very comprehensive and made some adjustments I will never forget in my life !

  I have to say that I had a very pleasant experience staying at this place for 10 straight days. The place is very close to the University and there is trail from the back of the hotel straight into the University with great view of tall trees on the way instead of the busy traffic on the road. I enjoyed the breakfast everyday and was comfortable throughout the stay. The staff is approachable, friendly and helpful. Specially commend Nicola from housekeeping who was super nice and kept my room tidy. I recommend the place to everyone.

  Have stayed five times of the 13 stays that I have scheduled at this property this year. So far, it's been a great value! Victor (shuttle driver), Morgan (front desk) and Javier (front desk) are awesome! The comp breakfast is great with variety (pancake machine, cinnamon rolls, eggs, yogurt, multiple other hot options), and the three rooms that I've had so far have been nearly immaculate in terms of cleanliness. The rooms are in good shape, moderate wear from prior guests but nothing to complain about, pretty typical for a midscale property. Mattresses are pretty comfortable, noise levels are low on the quieter side of the building, moderate on the side facing US1. WiFi is fast, AC units are adjustable (some hotels lock them, so this is WONDERFUL), and the bathrooms have actual doors instead of those "semi-private" sliding doors that you might find at other properties.
