Excellent and highly recommended hotel that has one of the best hot breakfast menus anywhere. Everything says premium quality. I was there with a large group and we were very well accommodated. The young people who are not always easily satisfied, were quite impressed. Definitely an A+.

The room I got was on the "lower level" of Tower 2, and it smelled musty, like a basement. There were small spots of mold on the bathroom wallpaper, around the sink. The curtains were broken. It's near an Ikea and that's about it. On the plus side, the bed was reasonably comfortable and the shower worked fine. So overall I'd say this place is not great, but not completely awful.
What clinched it into the "I wouldn't stay here again" category was the fact that on the last day I went to buy a bottle of water from the front desk, and they charged me $5.30 for it. Really? Gouging your customers isn't a great way to get repeat business. It's just insulting. Classy places don't do that. Classy places provide bottles of water for free—or, at least, not at a 300% markup.
I travel quite a bit; I've now crossed "Holiday Inn" off the list of places I'll stay. Do yourself a favour and do the same.
