Welcome to the Holiday Inn Express College Park - University Area.
Welcome to your home away from home. We are less than 1 mile from the University of Maryland and an 8 mile commute into Washington DC. We welcome students, their families, faculty and anyone coming to visit the home of the Terps. Sports enthusiasts will appreciate our short distance to the Xfinity Center and SECU Stadium. Other nearby attractions include Six Flags and the Capital Wheel.
Business travelers lodging in our College Park accommodations will not be disappointed as we are near USDA and FDA. The DCA Washington Reagan Airport is less than 20 miles away.
We now offer shuttle service Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Just call the front desk to request the shuttle beforehand.
Our accommodations will continue to offer free Wi-Fi and parking. Maintain your workout routine at our fitness center or go for a swim in our outdoor seasonal pool. Each room is equipped with a microwave, mini-refrigerator, Keurig, 43" adjustable mount TV, numerous plug outlets and in-room safe. Suites also include an additional half bath, pull out sofas, chaise and 2nd TV.
