Welcome to the Holiday Inn Express College Park - University Area. Welcome to your home away from home. We are less than 1 mile from the University of Maryland and an 8 mile commute into Washington DC. We welcome students, their families, faculty and anyone coming to visit the home of the Terps. Sports enthusiasts will appreciate our short distance to the Xfinity Center and SECU Stadium. Other nearby attractions include Six Flags and the Capital Wheel. Business travelers lodging in our College Park accommodations will not be disappointed as we are near USDA and FDA. The DCA Washington Reagan Airport is less than 20 miles away. We now offer shuttle service Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Just call the front desk to request the shuttle beforehand. Our accommodations will continue to offer free Wi-Fi and parking. Maintain your workout routine at our fitness center or go for a swim in our outdoor seasonal pool. Each room is equipped with a microwave, mini-refrigerator, Keurig, 43" adjustable mount TV, numerous plug outlets and in-room safe. Suites also include an additional half bath, pull out sofas, chaise and 2nd TV.

    I spent two month there and the people working are the kindest one I've met in the US, At the front desk Adonnys was very comprehensive and made some adjustments I will never forget in my life !

    I have to say that I had a very pleasant experience staying at this place for 10 straight days. The place is very close to the University and there is trail from the back of the hotel straight into the University with great view of tall trees on the way instead of the busy traffic on the road. I enjoyed the breakfast everyday and was comfortable throughout the stay. The staff is approachable, friendly and helpful. Specially commend Nicola from housekeeping who was super nice and kept my room tidy. I recommend the place to everyone.

    Have stayed three times of the 13 stays that I have scheduled at this property this year. So far, it's been a great value! Victor (campus shuttle driver) and Javier (front desk) are awesome! The comp breakfast is great with variety (pancake machine, cinnamon rolls, eggs, yogurt, multiple other hot options), and the three rooms that I've had so far have been nearly immaculate in terms of cleanliness. The rooms are in good shape, moderate wear from prior guests but nothing to complain about, pretty typical for a midscale property. Mattresses are pretty comfortable, noise levels are low on the quieter side of the building, moderate on the side facing US1. WiFi is fast, AC units are adjustable (some hotels lock them, so this is WONDERFUL), and the bathrooms have actual doors instead of those "semi-private" sliding doors that you might find at other properties.

    It’s been a while since I booked my stay this place and I feel like I own them review because they were such amazing. It was my first time in the East Coast and my uncle recommended this place and he was not wrong. I’m from LA and I was looking for a really quiet place. To start the stuff with friendly and amazing in the place, quiet relax, clean, comfy, and sleepy.
