Breakfast has hot items like sausage, bacon and eggs. Only downside is Breakfast area is small and tends to fill up even when families eat takeout there, let alone Breakfast hours. But will stay again if travel nearby.

The front desk clearly told us in person to contact Expedia for a refund. Later, the hotel told Expedia a completely different story and denied what they had said to us. This kind of misleading and contradictory behavior is unacceptable. Instead of taking responsibility, the staff tried to avoid accountability. Very disappointing, unethical, and poorly managed. I would not trust this hotel and do not recommend it.
