What bothered me was that I was kicked out of the lobby and forced to stand outside with all my bags for 20 minutes. When I got to my room, I found it was infested with bugs. They seemed to be coming out of the AC unit and I killed over 20 myself. If it wasn't in such a remote location, I would have left. Additionally, I’m quite bothered by this hotel’s responses to other reviews. I don’t care if the bugs are coach roaches or not, they are disgusting. You are in the hospitality industry and should NEVER accuse a guest of lying. I sincerely hope to get a full refund and apology.

I asked for a conjoint room with my family and they said “there were no conjoint rooms left” which was a lie then we went into our room and there was roaches crawling on our bed and in the air conditioner and then the staff treated us very poorly And was saying we left our children alone in a room by themselves, which is against policy when we actually didn’t so this place is one star never ever come here

Thanks for a wonderful night and experience. Will return if out this way again!
