- CMCharmaine McIntyre4 days ago5.0Staff are AH MAZE ING!! We stayed here two years ago and had a lovely suite which wasn’t available this visit sadly! So here we are now and we just checked into our room for this stay! Unfortunately, it wasn’t quite up to our expectations. No worries though because thankfully the young lady at the front desk went above and beyond, aiding us in finding the right room for our stay! She was so very kind and activated cards to different rooms so I could check them out before committing to a choice! They are renovating which posed some minor issues with our air conditioning unit. Don’t you sweat it (no punt intended) because the staff member (overseeing the property) came up to our room multiple times to help us!! He was very fore-bearing and fixed everything so we could be comfortable! It turns out that they have thermostats on the wall to change the temperature which we were unfamiliar with. Hands down the most accommodating, helpful, patient staff we’ve ever encountered!!! Thank you, thank you thank you!!!!!!

- MTMr. T.Jan 4, 20265.0The lady who checked me in on Friday night was so friendly, and professional. The room was very nice. They are remodeling and there was a new bed in the room. It was the most comfortable bed Ive slept in, in a hotel. The room was clean, had fresh towels and toiletries. And the price was really good. Its next to a Checkers if you get hungry. And they have breakfast. I was suprised that they had sausage gravy over biscuts on the buffet. Had a nice selection of foods for breakfast.
