- RBR BJan 6, 20265.0I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I didnt expect much, as others said the hotel is a bit outdated. But it was very clean and the water pressure is phenomenal. All of the staff is absolutely incredible. I had conversations with every shift at reception and al of them were just a measure to converse with. The woman preparing the food in the morning is the biggest sweetheart, would go back to tjis hotel again just to see her smile. Will absolutely stay here again when im in the area.

I’ve stayed at many Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express locations over the years, and unfortunately, this was probably the most outdated one I’ve experienced. Our heater was not working, the bathroom had flushing issues, and overall I did not feel comfortable during the one night we stayed. Breakfast options were very limited, the coffee machine was not working, and the staff was not very helpful when we asked for assistance. While the location was convenient, the condition of the hotel and the lack of support from staff made this stay disappointing.

We made a reservation for six people, but the room we were given was much smaller than what we anticipated. It didn’t feel spacious enough for our group, which made the stay a bit uncomfortable. The breakfast was just okay not bad, but nothing particularly impressive. Maintenance also needs improvement. I noticed several marks on the floor mats, which made the room feel less clean and well-maintained. In the bathroom, there was no exhaust fan, and the room didn’t include a hair dryer, which was inconvenient. Overall, the stay was manageable, but there are several areas that need attention to provide a more comfortable and satisfying experience for guests.

She is truly incredible—so warm, so kind, and she went above and beyond to make our trip memorable. I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels, and I’ve never encountered a staff member as exceptional as her. She made our entire experience feel special. Highly recommend!
