We had such a wonderful stay at this Holiday Inn! If you’re lucky enough to visit while Theresa is in the kitchen, you’re in for a treat. She is truly incredible—so warm, so kind, and she went above and beyond to make our trip memorable. I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels, and I’ve never encountered a staff member as exceptional as her. She made our entire experience feel special. Highly recommend!

If I could give this hotel 0 stars, I would.
I woke up in the middle of the night covered in bed bugs. I checked in late, around 4 a.m. after celebrating my friend’s birthday, and by 5:45 a.m. I was at the front desk with my belongings and bites all over my hands. This is completely unacceptable, disgusting, and a serious health hazard.
Do not stay here. Now I’m stranded with nowhere to sleep at nearly 6 in the morning, forced to travel back to New York because of this horrific experience.

After reading several negative reviews, I was suspicious of confirming a reservation at this location.
Upon arrival I was surprised to find that my experience was much better than those who found it to be undesirable.
Everything exceeded my expectations considering I was expecting much worse. The overall appearance was acceptable and clean.
My only disappointment was the front desk lady on
arrival was less than welcoming. She insisted that I know that there was NO smoking, and I would be charged if anything was taken.
She never greeted me as a loyalty member totally lacked a pleasant personality.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. The rooms are outdated and are in dire need of renovations. The property should be smoke free but someone was smoking on the fifth floor and set off the smoke alarm and the whole hotel was evacuated in the cool evening for almost two hours with no sorry or explanation and not even a refund. Their should be special rooms for those with service animals due to others with allergies to pet dander and the smell from the carpet was just unbearable.
