I had to improvise a solution by inserting paper into the slots in front of the lights. Speaking of the air conditioning, it sounded like a jet engine every time it cycled on all night. Also, the room design means that when one person is at the bathroom sink, the light shines directly on the other person trying to sleep in bed.

I was there for a conference happening in Town and I arrived on Oct 15th @ 1:00AM and the front desk guy told me they cancelled my reservation on the 11th, one day after I made a call and wrote an email to management that I was going to check-in late and letting them know the situation, to which they reply that everything was fine and set for the day. I ended up having to book another hotel the next day in Easton, and this added 1 hour each day of commute to my conference. I would never recommend staying in the chain hotel and particularly this one
