  We had a large group coming into town for a service, and I called the night before arrival to inquire about early check in for one room since one of us had fallen ill and would really appreciate early entry to a room. They took my name and number down and promised to do their best. The next day I called to check again around 12pm, and Shay was SO accommodating. She said she’s doing her very best for me and would call me back asap once a room was ready. Within 30-45min she called and said she had 2 rooms ready that we could pick from. Upon arrival she was incredibly kind and helpful. Even at check out she saw me rushing to the door with all of my things and graciously took my room key and said I was all set. Everything was immaculately clean, even the gym/pool/bathroom area. I’d certainly stay at this hotel again solely for Shay’s customer service!

  Spacious 1 king bed roomswith mini frig and microwave. Bed and pillows are super comfy! HVAC worked well. Small but adequate fitness room. Hot and pool. We would stay here again. Close to several restaurants and shopping.

  Swing and a miss. 3 week stay for work. Room service: out of the numerous times I requested service, I got the trash taken out twice. The bed was also made twice, but the sheets were not changed. Breakfast isn't breakfast, it's bagels. Ridiculous rule not allowing food delivery. Pool has been closed for several months. I believe the room has the smallest refrigerator I have ever seen in a hotel. I don't recommend unless the other option is a tent.
