It is near many restaurants, shopping, and military base. (Our only question would be the manager's choice to park routinely in a space not meant for parking, just shy of the entrance awning, so that when guests need to pull up to load/unload with a cart, and another vehicle is doing the same, it is difficult to turn in.)

The service was excellent from start to finish, and the hotel was clean, quiet, and very well maintained. The rooms were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made it easy to relax after a long day. The location is super convenient and very walkable. You can easily get to nearby restaurants and Walmart without having to drive, which was a big plus. Parking was plentiful, the facilities were clean, and the free breakfast was a nice bonus. Overall, a solid and dependable stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
- ZWZachary WaltersNov 29, 20251.0We were robbed by this hotel. We had a non-refundable Priceline reservation here for two nights, which means the hotel gets paid by Priceline no matter what happens. We could not show up for the first night but we were ok with having to eat the cost of the non-refundable reservation knowing my family would have a room for the second night, because that is how a reservation is supposed to work. When we checked in on the second night the hotel desk attendant stated our Priceline reservation was void because of the no-show on the first night. No one from the hotel reached out to alert us that this would happen. So the hotel could only admit us if we booked and paid for a new reservation, which we had no way to avoid as a tired family trying to find somewhere to sleep, and the rate charged by the hotel for that night was much higher at that point than the per-night rate offered from Priceline. We stayed for one night, paid for three nights, but the total cost to us was almost $500. Priceline customer care reached out to this hotel on our behalf to try to arrange some sort of a refund but the hotel rejected this request. Adding to this situation was a fire alarm that went off in the hotel at 2 a.m., terrifying our children, and forcing us outside for 15 minutes in sub-freezing temperatures. I will not forget this truly awful experience.
