The rooms are ok but worn out looking. There was a sewage like smell throughout the first floor. Our room was clean, but everything else was worn out and dirty.

Rooms are great with ample room, and the breakfast is good. One suggestion is to check on the orange juice, because I went into breakfast very early once and it was almost gone. By almost gone, I mean that it is mostly water. Very thin on juice. I don't think it was ever Filled from the previous day. But I have stayed here before when it was no issue.

I’ve stayed here before, so when I needed a room for a quick day trip, I chose to book again. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Kyle at the front desk. He welcomed me and my service dog with a genuine smile and outstanding professionalism. His demeanor was warm, respectful, and efficient - the kind of service that immediately sets the tone for a great stay. Employees like him are the reason guests return. During Black History Month especially, it’s important to recognize excellence - and Kyle represents that excellence. His customer service skills, attitude, and attention to detail deserve acknowledgment and advancement. The room was clean, I had no issues, and the breakfast was better than what I’ve experienced at some more upscale Hiltons. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay from beginning to end. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was professional, friendly, and attentive. They went above and beyond to make me and my family comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The manager, I believe her name is Shendora was able to assist me with my concerns regarding the snow storm and not being able to get food. The hotel went above and beyond by serving the guests lunch and dinner - which did not need to be done. Everyone was friendly and ensured the guests were comfortable during this time.
