    Had a mixed adventure, but at the of the day the room was good, the front staff where amazing. I was there for 2 weeks and it worked for my needs. Had deer outside my window. Biggest room negatives is that there is a light outside that shines into the window. Any repairs needed for my room where addressed ♡ and if I did have issues

    I spend a lot of time on the road. As a home away from home, this hotel is great. The rooms are a little older but getting modernized more everyday. The location is fine because the interstate is extremely close. The thing that makes this Candlewood one of my favorites is the staff. The few times I have had issues, they were taken care of immediately. The staff is also always pleasant and that makes time away from home a lot easier. Finally, the price is very affordable and always has been. It is very good for the quality of hospitality I receive.

    Stayed here several times and always 2 or more days to see friends in area. The WiFi never gets better, it’s bad! So weak. The TV has very limited channels and zero access to Netflix or other streaming platforms. The remote doesn’t have an option to change TV input so you can stream from personal devices. My stay on Labor Day weekend was peaceful though. I like to give the front desk employee named Colleen 5 stars for her service such an asset to management.She greets you with kindness and ask are you okay every time passing by the counter.Coleen made me feel welcomed with her kindness.Didn’t get that from others.Maybe all should say hello and acknowledge all patrons when they walk pass. maid service was good.

    My husband and I frequent this establishment for little mini getaways. I must state that compared to other IHG establishments this location lacks as you are rarely or are never spoken to coming or going. However, at our most resent stay there is this new very professional and kind front desk staff member named Colleen. Her manners are impeccable and very deserving of recognition. She is a fantastic and a welcoming addition. Actually my husband and I agree she was the best part of our stay. A little kindness goes a long way. Great job Colleen!

    Room were ok, but carpet felt damp and the hard floor were slippery. Might have been issue with AC.
