  No refridgerator in the room, Water temperature during taking a shower had to keep being adjusted. Would change from warm, to really hot or cold. Cafe did not have smothies listed on menu available and there were not options to purcase a juice or milk. Only coffee, water, soda or energy drinks were available. TV in room had no signal and a technician had to be sent up which took over 1/2 hour!

  Went here for dinner after having been here several times for a yearly event I dont know why they changed the menue its terrible I ordered buffalo chicken wings there was no sauce and the bartender served me a packet of blue cheese and threw it on the counter this would be not normal in general but as other people had it served appropriately in ramekins its safe to say we were just given poor treatment....wasn't warned that the ginger beer was super spicy but was served it anyway as the other bartender explained they had received several complaints..its definitely not what I was used to with this place that I told my friends was great we took our food to go and gave it to someone in need I guess that worked out since I spent 150 bucks on mediocre food

  Omg this hotel is very outdated. Stated here for a conference in Baltimore and upon arrival it had a very creepy feel. The rooms had holes in the wall & ceiling. Our rooms were never cleaned, garbage never picked up, we requested new linens but had to change our sheets ourselves. After 9pm this hotel has prostitution. It also doubles as a temp shelter for homeless people. The area is rough. You don’t need a key to get in the hotel or the elevator & some of the rooms are conjoined. It’s not a secure hotel

  I traveled for a business trip with my daughter to go see the orioles game, hotel is a quick 5 min ride with uber to and from Camden yards. If you’re not from the city like I was the area is definitely not quite if you looking for something peaceful. The atmosphere of the hotel was beautiful from the chandelier to the arches over the elevator, the basement had an uneasy feeling to it kinda creepy, along with the 19th floor history. The front desk has stairs next to the elevators what they don’t tell you is that the stairs only go up to 3rd floor in my thoughts is weird in case of emergency? The hallways off the elevator are dark and have a haunting feeling to them. The room we stayed in was to be a deluxe queen ( more like a full size bed )room, the amenities we’re remarkable from the kitchen stove top and dishwasher I was not expecting. Overall I would stay again

  They need to get rid of these stupid “no cancellation/no modification policies.” I made a mistake in one of my bookings and can’t make any changes. I of course can’t get a refund, but can’t even get a voucher for a future booking. These “policies” are nothing more than man made rules that are just a joke and provide terrible customer experience. Just reflects their laziness and inability to comprehend what good business practice is. They definitely lost my business. This hotel is one of many reasons why i probably won’t be visiting Baltimore anytime soon.
