The Four Seasons is a superb place to stay in Baltimore. The location is impeccable — a 2 - 5 minute walk from numerous excellent restaurants, including the acclaimed Charleston (3 minute walk) and a 15 minute walk around the Baltimore Harbor to the National Aquarium. The hotel provides a delightful view of the Harbor and waterfront dining. Service is excellent and provided with a smile. Everyone who helped us deserves accolades, including Mike (parking), Antonio (front entrance), Leon and James (engineering) and the valet staff. We appreciated the warm welcome at the front desk and the surprise plate of chocolates to mark our milestone anniversary. *But one item that the front desk should have mentioned: We were charged $10 per piece of luggage to store luggage for ~4 hours on our check out date. We should have been informed of this by the front desk when we inquired about storing luggage with the valet. Make sure to ask about luggage storage fees on the day of check out.* The property is undergoing a full refurbishment of room decor and technology, with an estimated completion date of July 2026. We look forward to returning to enjoy it.

I don’t even know if I’m ready to talk about the Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore without getting emotional again… but here we go. First of all—walking in after a long travel day (and let me remind you, I am a nurse AND a mother of five, so I travel with the energy level of a phone on 3% battery), I was immediately greeted like I was someone important. Not just “hello, next guest please”—no. It was warm, genuine, almost like they had been expecting me specifically. I nearly teared up right there at the front desk. Exhaustion? Maybe. But also… it just felt so kind. The ROOM. Oh my heavens, the ROOM. I opened the door and just stood there for a good 30 seconds, not moving, just taking it all in. Spotless. Elegant. That bed? I sank into it like it was hugging me back after years of raising children and working night shifts. I’m not kidding—I had one of the best sleeps of my entire adult life. I woke up confused, like “Where am I? Why do I feel… rested???” And the VIEW of the harbor… I cannot stress this enough—it was the kind of view that makes you pause and reflect on your life choices. I sat by the window with my coffee (HOT coffee, for once in my life!) and just watched the water. No chaos. No “Mom, where’s my shoe?” Just peace. Pure peace. Now let’s talk about the pool because WOW. That rooftop pool situation? Absolutely stunning. I felt like I had accidentally wandered into a luxury travel magazine. Everything was pristine, calm, and just… elevated. I kept thinking, “Joanne, you are not in your usual environment anymore.” And thank goodness for that. Service? Impeccable. Every single staff member I interacted with was attentive, kind, and somehow always one step ahead without being overwhelming. As someone who works in healthcare, I notice care and attention deeply—and this place gets it right. Food and drinks—delicious, beautifully presented, and yes, I treated myself because if not here, WHERE? Life is short and I have earned it, thank you very much. Now listen… is it a splurge? Yes. This is not your “quick overnight with the kids and a pile of snacks” kind of place. This is where you go to remember that you are a human being who deserves softness, quiet, and a little luxury. I left feeling like a completely different person—rested, recharged, and just a tiny bit more glamorous (even if I went right back to mom-life chaos afterward). Would I stay again? Without hesitation. I’m already mentally planning my return… and maybe, just maybe, I won’t tell the kids this time.

What a pampered stay!! We enjoyed our stay at the Four Seasons so much, we can’t wait to be back again. From the valet and concierge staff, to the beautiful view of the harbor there was nothing that wasn’t thought of. In one of our in room dining order, the food was not good at all, the effort of the team of going above and beyond to fix it, showed us that they truly do care. There was an incident when we were waiting to take the elevator down from our floor when an employee from the spa or housekeeping we think (she was dressed in all black), the elevator came up and she was in it with another guest. As she stepped out she blocked us from going in while she continued her conversation with the guest. The guest the closed the door on us while the employee blocked us from going in. I made my unhappiness known and the employee walked away without saying a word. However we were so spoiled and pampered by the rest of the hotel, we continued enjoying our getaway blissfully!! Thank you Four Seasons for doing what you do best. We enjoyed our getaway and we can’t wait to come back.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore, and the experience was truly exceptional from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, Ryan Mills provided a warm welcome and was incredibly attentive, making sure everything was perfectly arranged for our visit. He also connected us with Allie Lijewski, who went above and beyond in sharing recommendations about the hotel’s offerings as well as things to do around the Baltimore Harbor area. What really stood out was the level of service. Every interaction felt elevated and seamless. Whether requesting something by phone or through the Four Seasons app, the staff responded almost immediately and delivered with professionalism and genuine friendliness. It’s clear that the team takes pride in creating a truly luxury experience. We also spent a lot of time at Maximón, which quickly became a highlight of our stay. The restaurant has an elevated Cabo-inspired feel, with beautiful open space and thoughtfully designed architecture. The service was impeccable throughout, and the food was outstanding, making it a place we kept coming back to. The amenities are outstanding. The gym is fully equipped with everything you need, including benches, free weights, machines, and cardio equipment like treadmills and stair climbers. What makes it even better is the panoramic harbor view, which takes the workout experience to another level. The ballrooms are equally impressive. They are spacious, well-designed, and feature stunning floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook the harbor and city skyline, making them ideal for events or special occasions. Overall, the Four Seasons experience here is unmatched. Every detail is thoughtfully executed, and the hospitality is second to none. I’ll definitely be back. A big thank you to Ryan, Allie, and the entire Baltimore team for such a memorable visit.
