I will say, the staff was very nice. There were a few things that were unsatisfactory. In one of the rooms, the toilet ran unless you took the lid off and fixed the float. The exhaust fan didn’t work in another. Then, in another room there was no hot water. Also, there was no lunch availability in the hotel. Vending machines out of order or empty. And to top it off, at 7 am, a male guest on the third floor was naked & running down the hall pounding on doors and he had a knife scratching the room doors. Scared my MIL to death. I believe he was arrested. Thank God we don’t need to stay in the city of Baltimore again. But the staff was very nice and the hotel was clean. So…B’more careful out there! lol

Fine hotel in the city. $50 parking garage was steep. Lobby needs some definition of the restaurant and bar area.

I had a great stay at The Inn at the Colonnade in Baltimore, but what truly made the experience memorable was the outstanding service from Sandra at the front desk. From the moment I checked in, she greeted me warmly and made me feel genuinely welcomed. She took the time to recommend local restaurants and unique things to do that would give me the true Baltimore experience, beyond the typical tourist spots, which I really appreciated.
On the day of checkout, I had some hours to spare before leaving the city, and Sandra went above and beyond by offering to hold my bags so I could explore without worrying. That small gesture made a big difference in my trip and showed how much she cares about guests.
Sandra’s kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help were exceptional. She truly represents what great hospitality should feel like. If you’re visiting Baltimore, I highly recommend staying here and if you’re lucky enough to be welcomed by Sandra, you’re in good hands!

I'm currently spending my last night here while I write this and I absolutely love this place. From the moment I checked in, everyone has been so nice and helpful whether that was the front desk or the cleaning people. My room is awesome with lots of space, a king-sized bed, a desk, and lots of flat surfaces which is great because I always manage to put my stuff literally everywhere. It's right next to JHU which is precisely why I'm here and while it may seem a little far from "downtown," it's really not.
