    My wife and I always enjoy our stays at this hotel. From check-in to check-out, the staff consistently go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and appreciated. AJ at the front desk is outstanding professional, polite, and always pleasant. He makes checking in effortless and treats every guest with kindness and respect. Jay, the manager, leads with excellence. His professionalism and genuine care for both his staff and guests shine through in every part of the hotel experience. Kenneth at check-out was equally impressive, friendly, engaging, and a pleasure to talk with. He made our departure feel just as warm as our arrival. And a special mention to Duke, the security guard, who greeted us this morning with a big smile and a kind reminder to buckle up and stay safe in the cold weather. That thoughtful gesture really stood out and made our morning brighter. The rooms are always spotless, quiet, and comfortable, offering a peaceful night’s rest. The restaurant and bar have a great atmosphere with delicious food, refreshing drinks, and excellent service. Breakfast with Ms Cindy was as always hot and fresh! What a perfect way start to the day. If you’re looking for a hotel that combines comfort, cleanliness, and genuine hospitality, the Hilton Garden Inn Baltimore/White Marsh is the perfect choice. With Jay’s strong leadership and an exceptional team including AJ, Kenneth, Duke and Ms Cindy every stay feels like home.

    Arrived late at night after a long day of driving. I walked up to the front desk and said "Hi, do you have any rooms available?" The man said "Good morning. We start with a good morning." He then paused for me to say good morning, as if I was a child. I'd had an extremely difficult day and was not anticipating such rude customer service. I did not stay the night.

    I’ve been a loyal Hilton Honors member for over 10 years and have stayed at Hilton properties across the country. Unfortunately, my recent stay at this location was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a Hilton-branded property. The moment I entered the hotel, there was a strong odor of marijuana throughout the lobby. The front desk associate seemed unfazed — and even smelled strongly of it themselves. The elevator reeked as well, to the point it felt like walking into a distribution center. When I arrived at my room, I found it filthy and severely outdated. The bed was so uncomfortable it made my skin crawl. The overall condition of the hotel was unacceptable and completely inconsistent with Hilton’s reputation for quality, comfort, and cleanliness. This property needs immediate review and accountability. It does not uphold the Hilton standard I’ve trusted for over a decade. Thank you for taking the time to look into this matter. I hope to hear that corrective action will be taken.
