Not a bad stay. Rooms are fairly clean. I booked a stay and a few days later went to rebook and when I arrived was told I couldn’t be checked in due to a note about me smoking in the room. They could check the cameras. Said a cigarette like smell was the issue but I don’t even smoke cigarettes. I definitely feel like discrimination is playing a part due to the demographic of the front desk staff.

Check in was pleasant. However once I made it in the room, I was disgusted. There appeared to be poop on the walls. Speaking of the walls, they were peeling. The shower gel was empty and not refilled even after housekeeping serviced the room. The battery in the door died so I was unable to enter the room. Way to many shortages for a two night stay. Needless to say I will not be returning. Ever

I had an extremely disappointing stay at the White Marsh Hilton Garden Inn. I had a very early flight, and didn’t realize until after I got to the airport that I left my watch charging in my room. I called immediately to ask the front desk about getting it back. I wasn’t confident in the agent’s clearly uninterested response of the “manager will call me later” about shipping options. I received no call and I have emailed 3 times with no response. They are either happy with keeping it and not replying or inept at customer service.

My experience was horrible. Took 45-60 minutes for someone to replace the battery to the door for us to be able to enter the room. Had no TV due to the cable being out. Asked numerous times that evening and this morning. I reported that water was dripping out of a light fixture that night and in the morning and they never fixed it. ( nice fire hazard and the Staff didn't care). Carpet was ripped . Disgusted that they just blew me off. Never would I recommend this Hilton to anyone.

First, the room keys did not work was something wrong with the door lock. It took over 30 minutes until we were able to enter the room. The carpet had tears and needed to be replaced. The top blanket looked like it hadn't been washed, just straightened. The lighting was dim, had to turn on every light in the room. The website said there was a $50.00 pet fee. After looking at my bill once I got home
There was $90.00 added to my bill. I checked the website once I got home and discovered that my service dog should've been no charge! The cable was out. Thank goodness for streaming! The room temperature said 71, but it felt like high 50's. The ceiling above the ice machine was leaking water through the light fixture. When I reported it to the front desk all I got was ok. I took my dog out to use the restroom and once I got off the elevator the music from the front lobby was blasting, this was 325 AM! Finally, breakfast was greasy and expensive, way overpriced. 1 scoop of scrambled eggs, a breakfast sandwich 2 coffees and yogurt, $35.00!! I expected more from a place with the name HILTON! I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING THERE!
