    The hotel is located next to a loud highway and the walls between rooms are thin. The AC was not working in my room and the heat was stuck at 74 degrees. The entire 6th floor corridor smelled like Marijuana and when I informed the staff, they said they'd go up to spray air freshener instead of finding the smoker. The restaurant had plenty of space but a limited menu. Parking was plentiful all around the building.

    Just pure bliss.. simplistic, clean, and full of kind people. It's not overwhelming. The environment is warm, content, and centering. Food is superb. Prices are worth it. Stayed here a few times and everyone does such a great job. Even the location of this place is convenient. I love the time everyone puts into each other's well-being, decorations, and just maintaining everything. I love that it's not overly "fancy" or over-the-top to where it doesn't feel like it's a Hotel for everyone. Because truly it is. I'm thankful for this place, it truly feels like home but even better.

    I would NOT Recommend. I have been with Hilton brand since 2012. Diamond and 91 nights this year alone. Thats 12k this year.I used the chat with front desk feature in the app to request an extension on my room. 4 hours later and no response after multiple messages on “live chat”. The housekeeper was banging on my door by now. I said i am waiting on desk to call to extend. I was in bed and she said what? So i repeated myself louder. She said ok. I called the front desk from Cellphone and the woman at the desk was extremely rude and talked to me real slow like i was stupid and told me i had to come down immediately if i wanted to extend.. So i hung up because she was rude. I got dressed and went downstairs where she was waiting with her armed security guard. She started accusing me of threatening her house keepers. I said i was in bed under my covers. The housekeeper was in hall on other side of door 40’ away. I never cursed or anything. She went on 3 more times accusing me of threats. Never happened! Then she scolds me trying to look tough in front of guard and a customer behind me. I wanted 2 more weeks but i did that night and moved to a Marriott for rest of my stay. There is no reason to treat customers like this and falsely accuse them of something that never happened. And in front of other guests or anyone. She ALSO accused me of slamming phone down (using a slamming phone motion) on her when i had hung up. I said i was on a cellphone it’s a button! No slamming.. She was trying so hard to make a scene in the lobby over extending a room.
