The front desk morning staff were extremely rude and uncaring. I know it said sheets and towels would be changed every other day, which is normally fine. The first night, I actually vomited on them on my side of the bed. I cleaned it up the best I could. The next morning, I went down to the front desk and said I know room cleaning was every other day, but I got sick on them and if they could change even just the sheets that day, it would be nice. I said they could even skip the next day. I just wanted fresh sheets because they did smell. She said it would not be possible, that they only do every other day. I said, but I vomited on them. She said she would see what she could do. That night, we got back and the same sheets were still on. I figured it was late and they would be in to clean the next day when they said they would. The next day, we left and when we came back about 9pm, I pulled the comfortor back and they still were not cleaned! I had had it, because we slept on sour, smelly sheets for 2 nights. I went downstairs to the front desk and I couldn't help it, but I started crying. I explained the situation to them and within 20 minutes, they had someone upstairs to change the sheets. When we checked out, I made sure I wasn't there, because if they would've asked how the stay was, I would've let them know the embarrassing situation. I just can't stay at another Hilton hotel again. We used to really like them, but this has changed my mindset. It was actual human decency that was lacking and made me feel horrible.

Rooms were okay, nothing special and clean enough. The breakfast staff girls were great, super friendly and welcoming. Nice fitness center and bar conveniently located within the hotel. Location is great, close to many stores and restaurants. Not the best stay but certainly not the worst. For the price, i would say it is very worth it.

Great location for easy access to Little Italy and Fells point. Building is a little older, but has been made over pretty well. Room is fairly standard. Had to defrost the fridge, as someone prior had turned it all the way up. Pillows are horrible (soft), so bring your own. Had to use three together, as they are super soft. Little bit of road noise even on floor 12, but typical of a downtown area. We did not try the bar or the restaurant, which were on the 2nd floor. Elevators were surprisingly quick. Biggest headache was parking, but not atypical of a downtown hotel. It was about $25 a day for self-park and you have to come in from exeter street, directly behind the hotel. You then have to take an elevator down to get to the lobby before going up to room. Very tight for large vehicles (full size trucks/SUV). Ubers in this area were not as common as I would have thought, so we walked a lot. If you are doing a game (baseball/football) I would probably choose their other Hilton (Hilton Inner harbor) for location, but it is a lot louder and probably not quite as nice for a standard hotel. If you are looking for the food and bar scene, this is a better choice for location and not as big of a lobby bar atmosphere.
