Decent hotel. They didn't have anything that really stood out. The room was fine. The parking being on the other side of the grounds and pricey wasnt the best but was expected.

Booked my stay for a last minute trip and wanted something close to the harbor. The Hilton Garden Inn is located by several high end retailers and within walking distance of so many other shops, restaurants and tourist spots, like the aquarium. They have an on-site restaurant open for breakfast and dinner, a little shop for snacks and drinks that open 24/7 as well. There is a parking garage behind the hotel that is accessible via elevator which is convenient though it is paid parking, much like most of Baltimore is these days. The staff was very pleasant and helpful when I checked in.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor on Pratt Street. The location is perfect located across from the Inner Harbor and close to great restaurants, the Convention Center, and the stadiums. The front desk staff was welcoming, and the hotel overall was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I especially want to highlight the excellent housekeeping service I received. My room was taken care of by Rasha, and they did an outstanding job every single day. The room was spotless, neatly organized, and it was clear they take pride in their work. I hope management recognizes their hard work because it really stood out. One con I do have to mention though was the Wi-Fi. It was a bit spotty in the lobby but overall a comfortable stay.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel this past weekend for the Ravens vs Chicago Bears game. The staff were very friendly and the location was great. The hotel itself was not up to part as a Hilton property. The carpet in the lobby leading to the elevator was terrible. The bathroom on the 1st floor was not clean. The carpet in our room was old and dirty. We worn flip flops our entire time in the room. We have stayed at this location before and it didn't look like this. We will not be back to the location again.

The hotel had filthy rugs in lobby and elsewhere. The front service was excellent. Getting wine glasses was a problem. Afterwards, my wife left her glasses, and when I call, a couple of days later, they passed the buck, between departments. Very disappointed, been a Hilton hotel and all. Is other great choices in the area.
