Great location and the staff are all friendly and on top of things. At night time it reeks of marijuana throughout the place. Not the greatest neighborhood at night time. The breakfast was very worth it!

A guy named Anwar was booking my room but I don't think he's properly trained to book rooms he look really nervous. I hope i dont get charged twice for a mistake. The staff in the lobby is friendly. The 1st floor bathroom was extremely dirty, the housekeeping supervisors was rude. I came to this location in 2024 and things was perfect, but now!!.... omg it's a complete mess. Unwashed reused pillows, stained linen, broken remotes, doors, the carpets are stained...no accountability or respect from the housekeeping supervisors at all, they seem lazy and not passionate. No joy at all just completely disgusted. This hotel was a 9-10... now its a 1-10. Dont waste youre money... I literally ended up walking through employee areas in the back of the employees work location without anyone around. For 1hr. This is what i found. DISGUSTED

Stayed there for 2 days 1 night. The location is wonderful. Easy to walk around, great restaurants and shops nearby. I had my uber delivery get stolen and no refunds with uber. Then I found black mold in the bathroom. I didn’t notice until I showered which as someone who has asthma is dangerous. The carpets on the floor had various stains on it as well. The front desk was super receptive when I shared with them my issues with the package being stolen and the black mold. However, was very disappointed.
