The hotel’s location was perfect — directly across from the convention center and within easy walking distance to the arena, restaurants, and downtown attractions, which made the busy tournament weekend much more convenient. The lobby was lively but well-managed, and the staff handled the large crowd with professionalism and patience. Check-in was smooth, and the front desk team was friendly and welcoming. Zahra was amazing. She welcomed me as a Hilton Honors member and reviewed all the perks of my status. Then she went upgrades offers that I could take advantage of for my stay if I needed a more comfortable and spacious room. She made the stay experience worth it all. My room was clean, comfortable, and quiet despite the high occupancy, which I really appreciated after long days of events. The hotel bar and common areas had a great atmosphere, especially with so many fans in town, and it felt like a central hub for the weekend. Elevators and parking did get a bit busy at peak times, but that’s to be expected during a major event. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again for future events in Baltimore. Great location, solid service, and a comfortable stay during one of the city’s busiest weekends.

The area still needs a little more investment but the staff makes you feel welcome and safe and once you are in the building it's simply beautiful. Also perfect hotel is you travel to Baltimore for an Orioles game. Camden Yards is right next door and you can see inside from your hotel room!
