  We stayed at the Hampton Inn Baltimore Inner Harbor while attending a conference, and our experience was truly elevated thanks to Jawaun Singletary at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, Jawaun went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and informed. His attentiveness and genuine care stood out—he took the time to provide detailed information about the convention center and the surrounding area, which made navigating our conference schedule so much easier. Jawaun’s knowledge of local attractions, dining, and transportation options was impressive and incredibly helpful. It’s rare to encounter someone who combines professionalism with such warmth and dedication. Jawaun is clearly a key asset to this property, and his service reflects the high standards Hilton is known for. Because of his efforts, our stay was seamless and enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel, and we especially want to recognize Jawaun for making our visit exceptional.

  Jawaun at the front desk customer service skills is impeccable. Upon entering you always feel welcomed. He greets you with enthusiasm and thanks you for choosing the Hampton Inn. Also, he stops at nothing to provide assistance with any issue a guest may have. He's a rockstar!

  Nice and clean. Staff were ALL friendly and helpful. Low noise level for the city and great valet! My only complaint was the shower but that was minimal for our stay!

  We were there for 40th year anniversary party. The hostess serving/managing the buffet was rediculous. A party of 35 and only 10 plates present for appetizers. She told me get my dinner plate. Or plates off the dessert table next to the cake. Then when she brought plates same 10 at a time. No where to put trash at the coffee table.... And these events are not cheap. Guest were asking so as not to be unsanitary and reuse same plate but that didn't matter to her. She claims she usually does breakfast. So I guess a dinner party was to much for her to handle 🙄

  I stayed at the Hampton Inn Baltimore Inner Harbor last week and I just had to leave a little note. I’m not one to fuss online, but this team deserves some praise. Jawun at the front desk was such a breath of fresh air. Polite, professional, and quick with a smile. He helped me with my check-in, gave me great tips on places nearby, and even remembered my name the next morning. That kind of care means a lot to folks like me. Avery from valet was just as lovely. Always greeted me with a “Good morning, ma’am” and handled my car like it was his own. Young man has manners and hustle—rare these days. The hotel itself was clean, quiet, and cozy. My room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was hot and fresh. Every staff member I passed said hello. That tells me they care. I’ve stayed at plenty of Hilton properties over the years, and this one stands out. I’ll be back next time I’m in town—and I’ve already told my sister to book here for her trip in November. Keep up the good work, babies. Y’all made this old lady feel seen.
