  The overall experience was great, but the breakfast experience was the best. Every morning the service was good, but on Saturday morning we were greeted by Rosa and Gustavq who were extremely pleasant and helpful in getting our breakfast needs met. They asked if my husband and I needed anything or if they could assist in getting something we needed. They also walked around later to discard trash and asked if we needed anything else. We feel they went above and beyond to make our experience a memorable one. They are definitely keepers and are a great face for this establishment.

  The front desk people as well as the food service people in the morning provide provided excellent customer service. Rosa and Gustavo greeted us when we came in the dining area. They were very attentive. Our towels were not replaced so we requested towels. My wishes that the young lady who visited would’ve been a little more welcoming.

  We just got home from our stay with our 2 year old here to visit the aquarium / inner harbor. Everything was incredible. Guest services and all employees were incredibly kind and helpful. The room was clean and a crib (standard pack & play) was available for us. Breakfast was amazing (highly recommend making a waffle) and Gustavo was attentive and kind when items needed stocking. We intended to take a bus to the harbor, but valet services encouraged us to walk ‘a right and two blocks down’ which was a quick 10 minutes to where we needed to go! Even walking back to the hotel at almost 7pm, I felt very safe as it’s a busy and well lit area. When we come back to visit Baltimore, I look forward to staying here again.

  Location is perfect. Parking is a $45 per day which is really expensive. The cleaning service is horrible... I have stayed in many Hiltons, Hamptons, Homewoods and not get my room clean or replenished daily. Normally you place a do not disturb if you don't want cleaning staff to enter. At this hotel they just never entered. I was there for 5 days and asked for extra pillows and towels and never received it. I had to go and asked it at the front desk. The front staff for the most part were nice except for a taller black woman who was rude and not as friendly or professional and very short with her response. Maybe she was having a bad day. For a hotel in the harbor area, I think the professional and room service would be much better than what was given. The breakfast was great and lobby area nice and clean.

  My stay at the Hampton Inn Baltimore Inner Harbor was outstanding thanks to the incredible service from Jawaun at the front desk. He handled everything at once with ease — checking guests in, answering questions, assisting with directions, and still making each interaction feel personal. No matter how busy it got, he never once seemed stressed or upset. He greeted everyone with a genuine smile and a level of patience and professionalism that truly stood out. It’s rare to see someone manage so much at the same time while still making every guest feel valued. Jawaun’s attitude and work ethic made my stay smooth, welcoming, and memorable. He is a true asset to the hotel, and his service reflects the high standards Hilton is known for. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Baltimore.
