Gustavo was fantastic at the breakfast buffet. He kept the food trays filled with hot food, was very pleasant to talk to and cleared our table.
We were in town from Massachusetts for a show at the Hippodrome and enjoyed the night away.

Our family decided to explore Baltimore for a few days and staying here was a great choice. It was walkable to many attractions like the aquarium and children’s museum plus several eateries. Our room was clean and spacious. The pool was a hit with my kids and we enjoyed playing board games in the beautiful lobby. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

I took a trip here for a business and even thou the location was perfect and very central, the service when I arrived at night was horrible. Valet and front desk felt upset that I arrived and didn’t want to work. Then on my last night, I decided to go for a swim which was the main reason for my booking because it has an indoor pool, and the pool was disgusting and had a slimy film across the top and definitely was not heated.

Stayed here with a friend for a single night, i was visiting a friend. The only two issues i encountered were the check in through my hilton honors app and the location of the hotel. I booked it through hilton app and it wasnt let me check in digitally so i had to chat with a representative and they said i must stop by the front desk, which i have no issue with but i was exhausted from driving and i wanted to go to my room straight after i arrived. But the receptionist Ja Bre was hospitable and friendly she helped me check in within 2-3 minutes and she did explain the reason i couldnt check in on my app. The room was 223, it was well maintained, clean, spacious with 2 queen beds. The room was cozy and comfortable. The shower area was kept clean and organized for our arrival. Noise level is excellent! We didnt hear people walking on the hallway or cars honking outside. We slept good basically. The morning we had breakfast and it was a bit crowded but the food was fresh. Scrambled eggs, bacon and potatoes. Waffles, toasts, juices and cereal were all available. I recommend this hotel for 1 or 2 people, not for a family. I may return to stay in again in the future at this hotel. The check out was very smooth. I checked out on my app and left. I got my deposit back within an hour. Thank you Hampton Inn!!

I hate doing this but when poor service is received I have no choice. I stayed in this Hampton Inn for 1 night after a long day of driving. I was assisted by Cherita Short and she was nice , humorous and willing to help. My night went downhill once I went upstairs to my room. Where I found a dirty shower floor with actual stains and hair. My lady went downstairs and requested another room from Cherita she granted us another room and apologized for the inconvenience. We’re moved to another room where we end up finding a less dirty shower floor but with hair and yellow stains on the sheets of our bed. It was different types of hairs not just long hair but also short hairs and curled up hairs. Which disgusted me even more….. I then went down stairs to talk to a woman after 11PM had struck where I was greeted with a nasty attitude by a rep that wasn’t Cherita. She didn’t apologize that I had to be moved AGAIN in a one night stay. Damn near snatched the card from my hand and gave me another one after she had sent a security guard upstairs to scope the place out. Ultimately the security guard came back with no complaints on the room. I went up again and noticed that security simply did a eye test not looking over anything in that room if she did she would’ve noticed what I saw. After driving 8 hours that day from NC I decided to just end the night as soon as I could. I am very much disappointed with Hilton as a Hilton Honors Member I expect so much better. I have videos too with a flashlight on so you can see better lmk if that’s needed as well.
