Our room had bed bugs !! I have bites over my hand and on my arm. Plus, we spent $280 dollars just for the tv to not work 🤦🏽♀️. The lady at the front desk was sweet though! But i still would not recommend staying here 🤷🏽♀️

Just a bizarre experience overall. Room was in poor condition, dents and dings and scratches on the wall. The AC/heat didnt really work no matter what it was set at. The bathroom had no working ventilation so would get super steamy. There was breakfast but it was pretty low-end. Front desk was nice but they were out of things like spare toothbrushes. They were doing renovations even during a busy weekend. And when we checked out we noticed they charged us a parking fee despite not even asking if we had a car. We stayed here years ago and it was far better, they said there may be new ownership or something. Oh, and another couple we were traveling with got checked out of their room a day early because they couldn't answer their cell phone when the hotel called. Their reservation clearly showed they had a day left, but the hotel got confused and bagged up all their stuff and removed it.
Probably the worst Hampton Inn I've stayed at, Hilton should really look into this owner/operator.

Hotel stay was fine, but I can't in good conscience give a good star rating. There are no cameras on the property outside (as of yet) and so our car got broken into and the airbag/horn were stolen. Was the car still drivable? Sure, if you're not afraid of getting into an an accident without an airbag. Seems we weren’t the only victims as someone else lost a license plate. The hotel staff was friendly and sweet, everything was clean, but I wouldnt stay here again. A break in on any day sucks. A break in when youre in town for a family member who had emergency heart surgery is 1000 times worse. So, thanks for that, thieves.

Although the hotel is located in a nice area for restaurants and shopping, the service and rooms were just ok. There are no refrigerators in the room which was a surprise for the price, so don't bring any food that needs to be stored. Trash cans around the property were full, ceilings were missing tiles, floors needed attention and the trashcans on the inside needed service also. Be mindful that pets are allowed on the property and that there are groups that stay here. Overall the stay was just ok for me, the biggest disappointment was the price for the room w/o a refrigerator, the size of the room, and no notice that parts of the hotel were being worked on, like the ceiling in the hallway in front of my room.
