    It was okay. Priced a little high for the quality though. My husband and I just wanted a night away from the kids and a nice breakfast. Breakfast was not as great as it looked. The sausage was hard as a rock and the eggs were cold. Waffles were good though and I liked that they had toppings for them ! The king size bed was comfortable but they did not have extra pillows and on a giant bed had four tiny ones. The tub was old looking and not very inviting for the bath a was planning to take, so I skipped it. Basically we thought we were splurging from our usual spot for a little extra nice and it really wasn't anything extra. Could've spent 1/2 the price for the same thing.

    The location was good but this was a terrible Hampton, I thought the one I stayed in when I was in Dallas was but this by far was the worst one. Arrived at 3 and told our rooms weren’t ready we said okay we’re going to eat and explore the area come back, came back at 7 and still no room! Then we were put in away from each other as we had two rooms rented and then we needed extra pillows for my one buddy and they said they had no more. The garbage cans around the facility were overflowing the complimentary coffee was cold some clown was heating up fish in lobby microwave which stunk up the whole place and the fellow hotel occupants should be required to wear a dress code, last thing I wanted see early in the morning was some 300 pound lady wearing a dress ten sizes to small for her. Wasn’t impressed with the service and the experience and won’t be coming back.

    The front desk gentleman yesterday evening was very nice when we arrived. The front desk lady this morning was also nice. The AC in the rooms did not work which seems to be a common issue with reviews in the past year. The thermostat in my room was barely on the wall and did not work at all. Due to the fact that the AC did not work, it was extremely humid in the middle of the night because there was not any air circulation. There is quite a bit of noise from outside traffic. The hotel itself is outdated. My travel partners room had holes in the walls near the ceiling where it appears they were doing some work and never fixed the walls they had cut. Overall we are very shocked Hilton would allow this hotel to remain a Hilton property.

    Let me tell you about this hotel. This is a real review was not clean. Rooms was dirty. Bathroom was dirty poop on the sink in the bathroom. My daughter face broke out from the bed sheets being dirty and spirts on them on because of the dirty sheets.. call the front desk. The boy claimed he was gonna send housekeeping up there when I mean to tell you when I walked in the room the person that stayed there before us their soap was still in. They used so nasty. These people do not clean these rooms out housekeeping never came upstairs. I asked to talk to the housekeeping manager never came make no sense. Do not forget this hotel. They do not clean these rooms. God knows what disease you're going home with from laying in these beds.housekeeping never came

    Everything was good people are nice room's clean. I don't know what everybody else is complaining about. I don't see any bugs I've refrigerator I have heat. I went from one room on the 5th floor to the 6th floor no complaints to either one.
