We stayed for one night. We upgraded our room and glad we did. We had beautiful views. Besides being charged twice for valet parking, everything was perfect. We contacted the valet parking company and they issued a refund for the separate charge. Every staff member we spoke to was very courteous and professional. We will definitely be staying here again for future visits.

We stayed for one night while attending an event at the Baltimore Convention Center. The location was great and an easy walk. However, we were very disappointed with the service. We stayed in a room with a king bed and a pullout sofa. The room had no linens for the sofa bed. We used the chat, called down to the front desk twice and even walked to the front desk so that we could get a blanket and two pillows for the sofa bed. Each time we asked we were told someone would bring them up for us. We never received them. We had the most uncomfortable sleep ever that night. Two of us didn't have a pillow to sleep on and then we had to share the king size bed linens with the sofa bed. They sofa bed people slept with no pillow and no sheets/ blankets. Needless to say no one got any sleep.
The lady working the valet was great and deserves a raise. She was working really hard.
