From The moment we pulled up to the hotel till the Minute we left we had a great stay . Let me start off by saying the Valet/ Bellhop Attendant Jacob delivers a great first impression of this property . the words “No I can’t”
never came out of his mouth . He was our “go to” guy for all things during our stay. Always smiling , greeting guests and providing key information and suggestions. He provides Top Notch customer service and this should be acknowledged by Hilton .
We arrived On Halloween in town for the 2 Billy Strings shows at CFG Arena. we arrived earlier than anticipated . Valet service was very easy And Jacob offered to take our bags to our room , which frankly was unexpected .
We were then granted an early check-in by the front desk staff , although we were already reassured We could stow our bags if needed .Check in was seamless and with smile and courteous greeting .
Our room was perfect - we chose the 2 queen beds with harbor view and it did not disappoint. Clean Simple accommodations with upscale amenities . We loved the Nespresso for sure . The hotel is quiet and because of its location and Price point there’s no loud boisterous crowds like some of the downtown properties during weekend events.
The restaurant has a Classic French Menu which isn’t our cup of tea but we did enjoy drinks at the Bar. The Sunday 11/1/25 Bartender provided great service too . Our conversation led to a “small world” type of connection from our hometown and her service kept us at the bar a bit longer than anticipated . Another Customer service Win at this
location .
While we did not use traditional housekeeping we did arrange for a specific time for our housekeeper to Tend to our room and she knew we liked the Nespresso so she provided us with a couple of extra pods at our request - we don’t do decaf. this type of personal attention is what is lacking in the industry as a whole. while I did not get our housekeepers name she provided us with great service and special attention to detail .
I felt that tipping at this property was well deserved , and tipped accordingly more than usual , for all The employees we had personal contact with . It’s nice to see people investing their Work with pride and providing an exceptional customer service experience as we are spending our hard earned money . We are not rich by any means but appreciate being “taken care of “ while traveling .Whenever possible we will stay at Canopy Hilton Properties. so far these properties have all delivered and met or exceeded our expectations .

The hotel was fine but don’t expect to get any help if you have billing issues. They won’t call me back after countless tries to reach the assistant general manager, Jasmine. I had more than three employees tell me that a mysterious charge on my credit card would go away once it processed. That never happened. I basically ended up paying nearly $2000 for three nights. No thanks, a that rate I will stay at The Four Seasons
