She made the check-in process easy and made me feel right at home. Because of the wonderful service and overall experience, I would absolutely love to stay here again. Highly recommended!

The hotel doesnt have on site parking but there's a few garages a few blocks away. We came to see a play at the Hippodrome, which is about a 10 min walk. Clean rooms Comfortable beds Good amenities Building upkeep: good, some renovations done recently Overall: good location for a quick 1-2 nighter. It can get sketchy at night so be careful. Good value for your money Theres a few shops and food court around the corner. Not bad for a weekend trip!

Over a week after I checked out, they billed me $ 89.42 without explanation. I contacted IHG the umbrella company for the Hotel. I've yet to receive a refund or any response from IHG or the Hotel, 2 months after the incident. Would never stay again.
