I booked for 3 nights. Customer service was fine upon arrival. The hallway on my floor smelled or smoke and even urine at one point. The room was spacious with big windows. I did notice that the windows were dirty and there was some sort of splatter on the blinds when I let them down. The shower was nice and powerful. That was the best part. The next morning I went down for the complimentary coffee but it was not working. I asked for bottled water to make coffee in my room and was charged $2 even though their machine was broken. Once I went back to my room and sit in the couch (which was quite worn and dingy) I found snack cake and candy papers under the coffee table that was left by previous guests. I called the front desk and they allowed me to do an early checkout. I booked another hotel for the remainder of my stay. My biggest problem was the cleanliness or the room and the hospitality of the staff.

Exceptional customer service (ask for Kadrick). Aside for lack of parking and immediate hot water, as well as over collective PII procedures this place is excellent given its price. The night staff is wonderful and expedient and the overall facility is just comfortable. Will definitely stay here for future business & leisure.

The picture is deceptive! This location is horrible and the parking is very expensive!! They should be ashamed of their deceptive behavior! On top of the $350 I paid for two nights at this ragidy hotel, I had to pay $64 for parking and then had to use Uber back and forth to my convention. There is so much more I could say but it would be waaaay too long! Just stay away from this location!!!
