    Very comfortable stay and the price was fantastic for the quality of the room and service. The only negative was getting to the location. The GPS took us in the back entrance, which puts you through a nightmare intersection.

    Me and my company really enjoy our stay here and the beds are super comfy it felt like we were sleeping on a cloud and really hard to get up out of bed. Next I really did enjoy the free breakfast and the fact that it came with a lot of fresh food options like apples, bananas, oranges and so much more. It’s also has a mature family vibe to it as well we will definitely be back for more business with our company ❤️💫👌

    Mo was absolutely wonderful helping us with our check in and explaining how to catch our shuttle to the port and telling us where to park our car in addition to explaining all the “ins and outs” of the hotel!

    We stay here a few time a year when my wife is visiting her doctor and I cant say enough about this hotel, especially the staff at the front desk and the wonderful woman working during dinnertime in the restaurant - wish I knew her name! She is there regularly and truly a comfort when we travel. There is a Gentleman at the front that my wife said is very friendly and helpful. I believe his last name is Galushko. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and the breakfast has gluten free items, just ask.

    The interaction was unprofessional and dismissive, and comments were made that I found to be racially insensitive, which is completely unacceptable in a customer-facing role. In addition we sent an employee to do a visit under her name to see if they would give her the same treatment at the facility who was then met by someone at front desk who was extremely dismissive, during an on-site visit to one of the ballrooms, we observed rats inside the building, which was extremely concerning given that this is a venue that hosts catered events. This raised serious questions about sanitation, safety, and overall management. Our company was attempting to book services in good faith, but instead of receiving professionalism and reassurance, we were met with rudeness and conditions that were unacceptable. This experience reflected very poorly on the organization as a whole. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses both staff conduct and facility cleanliness.
