  Heads up for weekend guests, if you are traveling with a trailer or extended vehicle, you are NOT WELCOMED as a guest. Found myself having to stay over the weekend in Baltimore over the weekend in an emergency, I had 6’ trailer rental trailer attached to my jeep - DENIED service. The location was selected because its proximity to the port I needed access to, and it had parking lot security, they also had a comedy club and nightclub, so noise and night commotion will be going on during your stay. I asked if I could park where 8 semi’s were already sitting in a distant lot away from the doors of the gathering halls, answer was “NO”, one male told me he would “Call me back after speaking to the security mgr.” - He never did. They missed out on me paying for a 3 night stay, plus any other services I would have spent money on during my stay, because I was there for business and not a vacationer. They took a financial loss because of poor policy, do you think a bar goer would have spent more money than they would have gotten from me after a 3 night stay? They have 3 large parking lots and the event parking uses the storage space lot, not the lot my 20ft Jeep & trailer would have taken. / every single other hotel in the area welcomed me into their lot with the hassle.

  Great Engagement party at the main floor of the hotel, every thing went great and as planned, Hotel Staff was awesome, DJ Leylaty did great job with Lights and Songs some pics of the night are attached

  I've been staying here on & off for over 25 years. Mo was very helpful while multitasking all the last minute stays for the comedy club more than once. Raveena & Elisha, (manager), helped find a way & best price while speaking to myself & family over the phone. This takes patience & skill to handle so much with only 2 people working behind the desk. Thank you for all you do & may God bless you all!

  My daughter was inpatient at Johns Hopkins for approximately 2 weeks during October 2025 and I needed a place to stay. The Best Western Plus in Baltimore checked all of the boxes. Overall, the hotel was great. Their rooms were clean and well kept and their service was exceptional, with special thanks to Mo, Shawn, Raveena, and all of the shuttle drivers. Their amenities, to include free parking, complimentary hot breakfast, laundry room, and complimentary shuttle service to and from the hospital were all so appreciated. During my stay, I felt safe and secure. I am very familiar with a competing hotel chain, Ha***** n, and this BW Plus meets/exceeds the best of the ones that I’ve stayed in. I will not hesitate staying at this BW Plus in the future and I highly recommend it.

  Absolutely beautiful venue! From the moment we arrived, everything about this space exceeded expectations. The staff was EXTREMELY accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure our holiday party ran smoothly for 150 people.The catering was amazing delicious (the spring rolls and bacon wrapped scallops were my fav), well-presented, and a huge hit with our guests. The drinks were equally fantastic, and the bar staff kept everything flowing perfectly all night!!! The location itself is in a great area, a little traffic for the people coming from a little farther away but overall very enjoyable for everyone attending. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this venue for any event, especially holiday parties! Also Felicia is one of the kindest, amazing communicator, and accommodating people I’ve gotten the pleasure of working with!!!
