- JIJane Ibeawuchi4 days ago5.0I travel often for work and stay in a lot of Best Western’s. This one by far exceeds all of them. Maybe because the hotel is fairly new, but the upkeep is impressive. They don’t seem to let maintenance details linger. The place could have been painted yesterday for how the interior looks. There are clean window curtains that hang correctly and are not in need of repair like you find at many other hotels. The shower curtain was fresh and hung nicely. The towels were given extra effort with thickness and density. I can also say they have paid attention to pillows that are actually comfortable and large enough. Overall for cleanliness, maintenance and upkeep they score 5 stars! The front desk person, was happy, warm and inviting and offered two cold complimentary drinks. (A detail a few Best Western’s do for Diamond members, but seldom served cold like this one). This location is in walking distance of Dunkin Donuts, PF Chang, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell for something quick. There is a nice steakhouse nearby as well. My only complaint is the deposit fee. For Diamond members, this should be waived. After all, I’ve stayed in over 30 Best Westerns in the last couple of months, and have had no issues, otherwise I’m sure it would have been noted on my account status. What are you thinking, after my 30th stay I’m going to suddenly decide to take off with one of your 12.99 pillows?

First of all, I’m a truck driver who travel along 95 corridor and stay at this chain for many years all over us. I’m here to tell about this specific best western in Baltimore. Mr Shawn and George at front desk with they high standards customer service will most definitely welcome you and make you feel like you just arrive at home. Your first impression at front desk will be nothing but very warm. Rooms are very well maintained by Idalia who make sure you stay in a comfortable and clean environment. Enough parking for trucks and midsized cars, breakfast are just delicious and located closer to anything in Baltimore. This hotel is deserves more than 5 stars. ⭐️
- MDMAYA DJ DMVOct 28, 20255.0This place is amazing I am Arabic Female DJ, I do a lot of Middle Eastern Weddings,Bridal Henna and Engagements Parties there, The staff is amazing, this time is different usually I get booked for the Harbor Ball room but this time the wedding was on the second floor, I forget the name of the ball room , but I did a whole transformation in this the wedding ballroom I added my own lights , moving head light, Monogram for the bride and groom name and the staff were so helpful I couldn't have done that with our all the crew there especially Chelsea the ballroom coordinator..I attached some pics
- BBBrianna BishopOct 27, 20251.0Me and my family stayed here & the front desk staff was unprofessional. Upon my father checking in , most of the staff were on their personal phones he said. He asked for help with luggage service & that happened about 30 minutes later! LONG time since I was not there to help him yet , it’s unacceptable. Housekeeping should be right on it especially for the elderly. And our stay wasn’t pleasant…. There were mice in our room , bed bugs on the bed. The couch had mice feces. We waited almost a hour for fresh towels……we will not stay here ANYMORE!!!! How dirty this hotel was is disgraceful and disgusting, the pool is dirty, everything about this hotel is dirty, If you don’t want to go home with bedbugs on you then please don’t stay here or sleeping with mice feces!!!!!! oh & the shuttle driver did not smell good at all for our ride to harbor (gross) …. The breakfast was nasty. There was mice during breakfast The only thing pleasant about our stay was the manager Shawn, Tracy and the restaurant staff were awesome
