  Roaches crawling around the property Rooms are outdated & dirty.Noisy during sleeping hours.Definitely not worth the stay

  The Rooms Are Great. Housekeeping is WONDERFUL. THANK You Idalia she was on point and was very good . This is a wonderful hotel for the price

  Everything exceeded out expectations. We had to stop by on a road trip suddenly and thought we were going to get a two star experience. Instead we were pleasantly surprised by the good quality, amazing customer service (shout-out to Khalid who took care of my very loud family!), and enjoyable experience. My kids described the hotel as a five star experience and asked to come back again! The hot tub specifically was a massive highlight for them! Thank you for taking care of us on such short notice!

  If I could give the 0 stars I would. Stayed here for a cheer competition with my children including a baby. Was placed on the 10th floor where our room had MICE!!! When I alerted the front desk there was no sense of urgency or care in the world. I had to call twice for them to change my room. We were moved to the 7th floor without them even offering to help in any way, and AGAIN THERE WERE MICE RUNNING AROUND IN THE ROOM!!! When I called the front desk stating I was going to do an early check out because this was unacceptable he did not care at all and said sure ok bye . This is also the first place that I have seen has a pet cat just walking around the hotel. But now I understand why!!! Insane !! EVERYONE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!

  Very loud and dirty. We didn’t end up staying the night because it was so gross. The whole hotel smelled like a wet dog and marijuana. We had been driving for 10 hours and didn’t mind driving further and to lose out on money to not stay have to stay at this hotel.
