  Room was too hot and we were sweating all night. AC was pushing cool air but it wasn’t enough to actually cool the room. Bathroom was really small and seemed to lack proper ventilation. There was mold at the seam between the floor and the walls, and the bathroom fan did nothing to remove moisture during/after a shower so you just always felt sort of damp and gross. The shower was dirty, with (someone else’s) hair in it. At one point I realized I had something sticky on my hand from somewhere in the room. Front desk staff was nice and efficient, but we won’t come back to this location or recommend it to others. We had two nights reserved and decided to just drive home instead of suffering through another hot, sticky night here.

  Let’s start with entry. It only has one entry point and it is in a terrible spot to get in and out of. It’s adjacent to all your entries to freeway access so you’re having to make upturns to get anywhere. The staff when we came in were very friendly. However multiple times we went to the desk for help and no one would be there. Someone was there at check out and was friendly. Let’s talk about hotel- it is old. The ice machines were out of service on second floor. There were no waters in the room which were needed for the keirig that was provided. The room consistently had a wet feel unless the AC was at 60. We bought draino for our shower because the first night I almost flooded the bathroom. The sink had a small leak as well. Room 211. Linens were clean and the bed was nice. With that said it is within walking distance of all the things you might need in Annapolis.

  Cam. the concierge was terrific. the room was good, albeit the smallest bathroom I've ever seen in any hotel. Coffee was FANTASTIC. worth staying there for the coffee!

  I would give it 5 stars but the ice machine on the second floor was out of service, the beds were not comfortable and the air conditioner never cooled my room below 77 although it ran on high all night! I will warn those that may be uncomfortable, one side of the hotel has a graveyard beside it and my window view was of it! The staff was great, helpful and pleasant. A big plus is that the Annapolis Town Center is right next door so you can easily walk to restaurants, shopping and Whole Foods!

  Convenient for our local travels. Nice rooms, very quiet, helpful and friendly staff. Stores within walking distance for whatever you forgot to pack or need to snack on.
