Chose the picture with the bunk beds.and even had entered my 2 17 year old twins and 10 year old along with ny wife and I. Staff made up for this by giving us a second room. Thanks for making door on this.

I had left some of my stuff at the front desk overnight, and they took great care of it until I came back to pick it up. They were kind, very efficient, and extremely helpful. I really appreciate their professionalism and the way they handled everything.Give them a raise they deserve it!!!

When I reported the issue, management did not respond in a timely manner. I do not live in WPG so making a police report within my travel time was not possible. Item was never recovered and overall impression was they do not care. Nice hotel, but not worth the heartbreak of this experience.
