- RFRichard French1 day ago2.0I've never stayed in a hotel that I disliked more. Lots of security, lots of pot smoked outside and inside. Hallways were dirty and smelled.
- DBDavid BouletApr 3, 20261.0So I'm booking rooms for my employees. All over Canada and the USA and never add issue with booking like this. So I'm sending guys to the hotel there for another flight. The room is paid for and they asked for $300 deposit. My employee couldn't pay so it wasn't able to get in his room. I had to be woken up at almost midnight to go back to my office to fill up a form in order for them to use the credit card AGAIN(u already had my informations ) there was no way to do it over the phone. I had to go back to the office. Fill the form email it back to them. So my uncle, you had to wait about an hour. And a half and the guy that I spoke with on night shift on friday3rd of april was very unprofessional and rude . This is a multimillion-dollar company that has over 300 employees at a cross-country. And i'm definitely never gonna use that hotel for any of my needs ever again.Thank you for your service

Large amount of the clients makes it unpleasant. The two times we have stayed, paramedic have been called, once was an for an overdose. Heavy presence of security guards. Every floor has one, makes you feel the place isnt safe. Elevators stink, hallways stink. Very loud. This should be a last resort situation.

Staff was very nice, whole place stinks like weed and pot, as a solo traveller I did not feel safe. There was a vehicle parking fee that was not disclosed until check in
