- WMWesley MixDec 1, 20254.0The hotel is great but I cannot close the curtains so that It is dark in room. Had the front desk come up and look. Ya you cant close the main curtains. That is garbage. IMO. So in the end they found that the black out curtain was missing and the next few nights all was good. In the end all was good. Really good.
- JMjaydog09 mayjayNov 22, 20253.0As a Diamond member its a awesome hotel to stay everything is clean, quiet & comfortable. But the only thing I dislike is the $500 damage deposit with a credit card. I have to wait 3-5 business days to get my money back when mostly I need it to go shopping or pay for my freight costs when I go back home on a plane. Thats why I dont really stay there anymore lately. They should change the policy to non existed members to pay for the damage deposit.

With perogies and sausage on the side!! The coffee machine was great with many options including French Vanilla Latte which was really good!

I can't say enough about my satisfaction whenever I stay here. The rooms are impeccably clean and comfortable. This hotel has extremely friendly staff and they offer many extra amenities and perks not found elsewhere, such as soup and snacks in the evening, a flavored water station, fresh made omelettes in the morning, along with unlimited brewed beverages, and many other great breakfast items. This is literally the best place to stay if you are overnighting in Thompson Manitoba. Thank you Best Western Thompson for continued great experience!
