- JMjaydog09 mayjay2 days ago3.0As a Diamond member its a awesome hotel to stay everything is clean, quiet & comfortable. But the only thing I dislike is the $500 damage deposit with a credit card. I have to wait 3-5 business days to get my money back when mostly I need it to go shopping or pay for my freight costs when I go back home on a plane. Thats why I dont really stay there anymore lately. They should change the policy to non existed members to pay for the damage deposit.

With perogies and sausage on the side!! The coffee machine was great with many options including French Vanilla Latte which was really good!

I can't say enough about my satisfaction whenever I stay here. The rooms are impeccably clean and comfortable. This hotel has extremely friendly staff and they offer many extra amenities and perks not found elsewhere, such as soup and snacks in the evening, a flavored water station, fresh made omelettes in the morning, along with unlimited brewed beverages, and many other great breakfast items. This is literally the best place to stay if you are overnighting in Thompson Manitoba. Thank you Best Western Thompson for continued great experience!

Across the street from City Center Mall and restaurants. Recommended to take a taxi in the evening. Taxis are quick and friendly. Room was spacious and comfortable. TV was a smart TV with all the options. I was having trouble connecting my laptop to wifi, called front desk. I tried again and it worked. Front desk called 5 minutes later to ask if I had connected. Nice eco friendly incidentals such as makeup remover, biodegradable washcloths for washing makeup off your face, microfibre cloth at coffee station for cleaning up spills. It's the little things that matter also and Best Western goes above and beyond for customer service.
