- TPTyson PearsallFeb 11, 20264.0Stayed here for a long stretch during the fall for work. Hotel is new so the accommodations in general are decent. Pool was yet to be finished construction however, so that was disappointing. The front end staff were good for the majority, though a few complaints about one individual in particular who said I could have an early check-out fee but after I came back from my room told me no I would have to pay for the whole day - that had me pretty upset. When I asked to speak to the manager on a couple of occasions (I was staying here for over a month) she couldn't be bothered to ever speak to me. To contrast to the Dauphin Best Western, the manager was more than happy to speak with me and accommodate with an early check out fee at times when my work suddenly shifted (I had little to no control or communication on my project). TL,DR - People here were pretty good for the most part, new hotel so rooms are nice, bad management. I'd give 1 star for service due to management but the staff were good so I made it a 3 for service.

The pool, gym, breakfast and rooms, and staff were (although brand new) AMAZING! I was just passing through but am tempted to plan my future holidays around this hotel:)

Friendly and welcoming staff, exceptionally clean throughout the entire building, rooms are spacious, very comfortable bed, and nice pool and hot tub area. My only complaint - replace the single ply crepe paper toilet paper, PLEASE :)
