I have read other reviews regarding the noise while hockey teams stay at this hotel, and it is disappointing to see that nothing has been done to really enforce their policies during these times. Children were screaming outside of our door, playing floor hockey along the entire hallway and parents were drinking as well as talking very loudly after quiet time around 11pm. Complaints were made to the front desk, and nothing was done. The front desk said security was walking around, but that is all that can be done. No interest in attempting to find a resolution or enhance guest experience. Why not warnings and then removal from the property if adults are unable to respectfully adhere to any policies? My family had a poor sleep, which is upsetting due to the cost per night. You feel unappreciated as a paying customer since they receive a higher amount of revenue from these hockey teams. Since nothing has been done, or policies aren’t being followed (warnings, removal from the property etc) as stated online, here are a few suggestions: do not mix other families or guests on the same floor as these hockey teams. Have the teams stay on the ground floor, and open the conference room for them to party all night. Have an additional staff cater to these groups at breakfast time in the conference room so other guests are also able to enjoy a complimentary breakfast. Unfortunately there were no tables available or room to grab a plate of food. I hope this situation changes to provide more respect and fairness to all customers in the future, or I will no longer be staying here and recommending this location.

- LDL DaneliskyOct 24, 20255.0Excellent hotel in Dauphin. The front desk agent who checked us in was very friendly. Our room was nice and very spacious, plus immaculately clean. Most importantly, the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was great - scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, meat, pastries, waffles (with toppings), various bread options, fruit, hard boiled eggs, cereal, juices, coffee and tea. Little added touches such as salsa, crunchy mustard, and hot sauce were appreciated. The breakfast attendant was efficient and very pleasant. We also enjoyed the complimentary candy bar. For our dogs there was plenty of space for them, and a fair amount of green space outside. The person who I spoke to at check out was super friendly. This was an excellent experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel.
