  This was a great family friendly spot to stay while in Brandon. The hotel staff was so friendly, the rooms were clean and bright, and the breakfast set up was great. It was definitely busy when we were there and the one broken elevator made for some long waits, but we'd definitely stay here again.

  I recently brought my family (Husband & 2 kids under 12), to Holiday Inn based on a recommendation, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuinely friendly staff who went out of their way. Their professionalism and willingness to accommodate any request truly set the tone, followed up with a in room call once we settled in. One of the most impressive aspects of this hotel was its exceptional cleanliness. Our room was spotless, everything from the linens to the bathroom was perfectly maintained, making it easy to relax. The lobby was equally well-kept, creating a great first impression and a comfortable space to come and go. The breakfast area was another highlight. Not only was the selection satisfying, but the space itself was clean, organized, and inviting. It made starting the day enjoyable and stress-free. I was also very impressed with the pool and hot tub area. Both were impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing a great space for the kids to swim, while we relaxed on the sidelines. Overall, the combination of outstanding service and top-tier cleanliness made this stay truly great. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Brandon, it’s clear the staff take great pride in ensuring guests have the best experience possible. BEST HOTEL IN BRANDON, BY FAR!

  Service customer front desk were so amazing and friendly, very clean even the pool is wonderful it has great ventilation, breakfast was excellent, they made everything go smoothly for our stay in Brandon. I recommend staying here its worth your buck.

  If I could rate this zero stars, I would. I originally called this hotel to inquire about booking guest rooms and a meeting room. During that call, I was told the hotel could not accommodate the meeting room for the dates I needed, so I verbally asked that my guest room reservation be cancelled, as I planned to look at other facilities in the area that could accommodate both. Since I never received any confirmation email, I assumed the reservation had been cancelled as requested. However, on the day I was supposedly scheduled to check in, I received a text message saying they were looking forward to my stay. This was surprising since the reservation had been verbally cancelled the same day it was originally made. I have since tried calling multiple times to resolve the issue. The front desk staff said they were unable to assist and that I would need to speak with a manager, so I left voicemails requesting a call back. It has now been about a week with no response, and in the meantime my credit card has been charged. I also tried contacting the company through their online chat, but was again directed to contact the hotel directly. It’s extremely frustrating trying to resolve an issue when no one returns your calls. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had, mainly due to the complete lack of communication. I will not be booking here again in the future.
