The gal at the front desk was so kind to us- we had a comfortable room that was very clean and well lit! The breakfast room was bustling the next morning and the gals working there were so friendly and helpful! I was so happy to have so many gluten- free items available! We returned on our way back from Winnipeg and had another great stay. I definitely recommend this hotel!

All staff, including front desk, cleaning and breakfast staff were so polite and friendly. This really is a great place to stay. Cannot wait to return!
- KMKaren McCrearyOct 15, 20251.0BEWARE!!! THIS HOTEL DOES NOT HONOUR THEIR CONFIRMED RATES! I made our reservation on September 19 for a one night stay Oct 8, 2025. I asked for CAA or Military rates. I was given the military rate of $151. AT NO TIME WAS I ASKED IF THIS WAS A BUSINESS OR LEISURE TRIP. It was a fishing trip for my husband, our grandson and myself. I RECEIVED MY RESERVATION CONFIRMATION. When we arrived to check in, SUNAINA asked if we were traveling on business. I replied, no. I gave her my military and civilian identification. She then told me I was given a business rate and she would not honor it. I asked for a manager, but there was not one on duty. I asked to call a manager, she refused. She gave me the managers number so I could call, which i did, and left a voice message...then SUNAINA told me she wouldn't get the message until the next day as it was a work number. WITHOUT MY APPROVAL she proceeded to create an amended reservation on my credit card with the new rate of $229. with a notation that the cancelation fee would be 1 nights stay. I tried to get help from a manager, guest services and anyone available but they will not honour their confirmed reservation. BE VERY CAREFUL OF THIS HOTEL.
