  Worst stay that I can remember...Staff were terrible, rude and we uninterested in helping with issues. Would caution on staying here. Should drive past and find anywhere else.

  Great place! Solid all around. The breakfast bar is great for groups with various dietary restrictions (gluten/dairy/meat free). It was too bad that the gluten free waffles tasted kinda funny, but the rest of the breakfast bar (eggs/potatoes/juice) was great though. I really like that the eggs have no cheese in them. Would stay again.

  Hockey teams, stay away! An employee shut down the waterslide for the night at 4:30 PM on a Saturday because, in her words, “they are not designed to run constantly.” Most of the employees were very rude and treated us and our kids terribly — except for one male employee who was great. They do not clean your room unless you ask, but they don’t tell you this at check-in. Our keys stopped working around midnight, so we were locked out and had to wait outside our room for 45 minutes for someone to come let us in with a manual key. The hotel itself is dated and not very clean. A buddy of mine who had an issue last year posted a bad review, and they commented saying to contact them. He did and they did nothing. In my opinion, they only respond to reviews because no one knows they’ll do nothing but comment. Stay far away!

  We enjoyed our stay very much. It was very relaxing. The staff was very friendly. Judy served breakfast and was very pleasant and helpful. We were so surprised to find gluten free options. Being gluten free, we throughly enjoyed having waffles. It was such a treat. Great breakfast options

  Not recommended to book online. Changed my rate weeks after I booked due to rate not available on weekends which was not indicated at time of booking. Had to book another hotel with difficulty due to less availability. Maybe drop in works, but don't expect your rate to be honoured if booking early.
